Quick question for anyone.

I am an 18D in the RA, I just finished my mos. My twin brother is looking into joining the Guard and doing their version of the 18x program (rep 63 or something?) He lives in New Orleans right now and was wondering what his course of action should be to get in touch with someone who can explain that to him because I don't know much about it. Any help would be welcome. Thanks -Lyle
