Thanks for the post. It looks like a very good companion to the SF Medical Handbook. I especially like the pharmacology section and how it is prioritized.

Thanks for the handbook

Thanks so much for posting this---even though I am now a civilian-type and a women's health NP---being in charge of a rural clinic for uninsured folks makes me feel like I am in the skit from Saturday Night Live called "Appalachian ER" sometimes.

Please do not misconstrue that comment as being judgemental or uncaring. I have a lot of love and compassion for my patients---unfortunately many of them (because they don't have insurance and are afraid of getting a bill) will show up at my doorstep when they really are in crisis and need to be seen immediately in the ER but are hesitant to go. Having something like this as a reference is great for me.

And of course, in these times, it's always better to be prepared for any possibility.
