New Service Rifle

Recently there has been some ruckus on Capital Hill as to the effectiveness of the M16/M4 (as well as the .223 round) and whether a new weapon should replace it. If it is replaced I was wondering what your thoughts on that would be and what you would want to see in the next service rifle.

Search ....

Without searching you could look about 6 threads down. After reading that search a bit.

Topic already flogged to death.

Clearly, another poster who values talking over reading.

Closed due to repeated question.
