X FRITO CHILI PIE
For anyone who loves summer...this is a treat!

FRITO CHILI PIE

2 1/2 c. Fritos
1 lg. onion, sauteed
1 c. grated American cheese
15 oz. can Wolf Brand (or Homemade), Chili

Saute Onions in pan with butter/olive oil. (preferance)

Place 1 1/2 cups Fritos in a baking dish or pie pan.
Arrange onions and half of cheese over Fritos.
Pour heated chili over onions and cheese.
Top with remaining Fritos and cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Broil at 5 minutes.

Serve with baked potatoes, or fries.

For those of you in NOVA try it at Hard Times Cafe, 1404 King Street.

Best Chili in town!

Looks awesome. Definitely got to try this. My daughter and her friends just thrive on Chili & Phily dip....... This should be right up their alley.
