Lets Play ball !!

Opening day for MLB has begun, as usual with my beloved Cincinnati Reds beginning the first pitch of the season of America's favorite past time.

Reds and Cubs: Adam Dunn with two homers so far, Cubs in the trail and 72 degree weather here and sunny. Perfect beginning to the 2007 MLB season.

Cincinnati 6 Cubs 1 top of the sixth inning with two outs.

Where's SDIVER ?

Tigers lost to the Blue Jays 5-3 in 10 innings.

Bonderman was shaky early, but then settled down. Bullpen threw one change-up too many in the 10th inning.

Man, I'm glad it's baseball season again.

Didn't Billy Chapel pitch a couple of no hitters for Detroit ? ......................Oh, sorry that was in a movie "For love of the game"

Until last year, that (and 1984) was all we had!

It was getting tough being mathematically eliminated from playoff contention halfway through Spring Training.
