What do Deer think??
Ted Nugent, Rock star and avid bowhunter was being interviewed by a French journalist and the discussion came around to deer hunting.
The journalist asked, "What do you think is the last thought in the head of a deer before you shoot him? Is it, "Are you my friend?" or is it "Are you the one who killed my brother?'"
Nugent replied, "Deer aren't capable of that kind of thinking. All they care about is, "What am I going to eat next, who am I going to screw next, and can I run fast enough to get away.
They are very much like the French."

I can answer with one word: Victory—victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory however long and hard the road may be; for without victory there is no survival.-Winston Churchill

I was about to post the same thing, but I'll bump it for those who may have missed it before. A bit different in the email I got:
Ted Nugent, rock star and avid bow hunter from Southern Michigan, was
being interviewed by a French journalist and animal rights activist. The
discussion came around to deer hunting.
The journalist asked, 'What do you think is the last thought in the head
of a deer before you shoot him? Is it, 'Are you my friend?' or is it
'Are you the one who killed my brother?'
Nugent replied, 'Deer aren't capable of that kind of thinking. All they
care about is, 'What am I going to eat next, who am I going to screw
next, and can I run fast enough to get away. They are very much like
the French.'
The interview ended at that point.

I'm still baffled by the fact that Damn Yankees ended up being a lousy band.

I liked Damn Yankee's !
Ted Nugent, Jack Blades, Tommy Shaw and some guy on the drums that broke the heads out every damn concert.
It was the whole "ballad" song thing that Ted didn't take too very well.
