Do you think we could do this in the U.S.?
Maybe they should do this to our tax collectors
20 eunuchs start collecting taxes in IndiaDancing, singing to the beat of drums, they collect money from shopowners
PATNA, India - They are India's new tax collectors. Dancing and singing to the beat of drums, about 20 eunuchs in bright saris began going from shop to shop, asking the owners to pay overdue municipal taxes in Patna, the capital of Bihar, one of India's most impoverished and lawless states.

Hahahaha. The "Chukkas" (Eunuchs) are primarily known from going house to house, asking for donations. Else they curse you.
Quote:
They often make a living on tips for dancing at weddings and blessing newborn babies, and are believed to be stubborn and not take no for an answer.

This is true. A tradition is that they come around to homes with newborn babies and bless the kids, sing songs, clap their hands (all fingers spread out, a trademarked 'gang sign'). If they are not allowed to do so, again, they curse you. Letting the "Chukkas" bless your kids in some areas is considered auspicious since it protects the kids against evil intentions of others (bad 'nazar' - evil looks).
Most normal people pay them off cause they're just a nuisance and damn annoying. Having a dog at your home keeps them at bay. They generally won't enter the gate of your house and if you ignore them long enough, they moved along to the next one.

How about every pedophile and rapist found guilty as candidates?

+3 - but I'd favor complete emasculation over castration.

Not in San Francisco.
Plenty of people paying good money every year to be neutered.
