I am not that old but still old enough to have voted in elections that were about the issues. That isn't the case any more. Now the issues don't matter, getting elected is the only thing that counts and who cares what you have to do to win them. Really sad. In this case the Democrats won't face their opponenets on the issues so they resort to this non-sense. I guess that makes sense because a good deal of the kids in the current generation have a 10 minute attention span.
