RBCD ammo test sitrep

QPs et al,

Some time ago I agreed to test RBCD ammo and report my findings here.

I've yet to test the rounds because the local distributor no longer carries them, and I haven't been able to go find them at the gunshows in neaby San Antonio due to other obligations (monetary and otherwise). I do plan on going to the next gunshow to purchase the ammo. Afterwards I'll convince a friend to let me use his/her ranch where I will test the rounds.

Just thought I'd let y'all know I haven't forgotten and still intend to see what these bullets can do and share my data.

I finally found the ammo. A box of 20 costs like $40.00.

Turns out, however, that the guys running the gun, ammo, and leather goods store that carries the product are friends of mine.

After buying two of their belts (very good quality and their made right at their shop) along with some other stuff and having the guys order me a C-TAC holster for my XD (plus the fact that I've been recommending customers to them), maybe they'll give me a deal on the ammo.
