Agreed. There is plenty of open source evidence suggesting some kind of conflict between the agency and the current administration. I dare not venture how deep or high it goes but it has been (at times) publicly counter productive to the GWOT and needs to be addressed and hopefully corrected. (wishful thinking).

So this make you wonder what is really going on.

We all know that Gov't and other Gov't Agencies sometime don't work good /well together. No matter what party they are part of.

It all in the math.
