Very nice. They look kind of exspensive, although from the looks of the site you get every bit of what you pay for and then some. When are you picking them up?
The wife and I are looking to make an addition to our family as well. Of course I'm more of a beagle man myself.

Yeah they ain't cheap...but the breeder is top notch and the dogs are very well cared for from day one. This is not a puppy mill as they only breed once or twice a year. Looks like we will pick them up in mid August or a little earlier.

That's awsome. Its sounds like you guys are getting a top notch dog. I've done a little more reading on the site since I first replied and they look like awsome animals. Congrats, I think that it will make a fine addition to your home. Definately a better guard dog than my cantankerous old beagle (who in fact will not acknowledge that he is a dog).
How many were you able to get and are they male or female? Also how did you find out about this breed and breader? My wife is a huge dog person and she had never heard of them.

LOL, COlawman! Now it is a toss-up between Five-O's Cane Corso and M1's Jindo. Seems like either one will meet the requirements !

Five-O,
Just as Tubbs mentioned, I too had not heard of the breed but the breeder's website is great.

The puppies are beautiful. Congratulations on your new addition and I hope you will share a picture with us when you bring him/her home.

Tubbs...First and foremost I am a dog lover. "Great Leader" (wife) actually wants the damn thing too! So getting a dog after we got married was a foregone conclusion. As an LEO I am away at night frequently and was looking into breeds with strong protective and guard instincts. I considered several breeds such as the American bulldog, Alapaha bulldog and Presa Canario. The bulldogs came with a little to many congenital health issues and the Presa was a little too aggressive as we both wanted a family pet as well as a guard dog. Found the Cane Corso on a Molosser breed website and liked what the dog was all about. Its a rare breed which means there has not been alot of over breeding by unreputable breeders cranking out the dogs to make money. This helps keep down the congenital health problems over breeding produces. Cane Corso are famous for being able to distingusih between friend or foe and can be a little aloof until they trust a visitor. Once they trust a house guest the guest will have a 120-130 lb lap dog on his/her hands. The breed is also known for its intelligence and trainability. We have the pick of the litter male.

I had a Beagle growing up and good 'ole "Patches" never stopped barking!

Thanks for the info. You'll have to keep us posted on how they do. You've piqued my interest in the breed.
Alot of people have told me that their beagles are noisy. My beagle actually doesn't make much noise. That's what "stinky dogs" do and as mentioned before, he believes that he is not a dog.
