Very impressive. Looks like she is pretty balanced on both sides as well. I bet she looks good in a bikini.

That was impressive. I noticed the Eurosport logo. That is a great channel! Speaking of bikinis and Eurosport, the women's volley ball was on this morning. The rear end shots were so up close and personal the wife made me change it

Very impressive flexibility and strength but did not see much quickness in the demo. Bikini is a no brainer. The wife calls womens beach volleyball...pornoball.

reminds me of highschool days of wushu, which might have resulted in this annoying knee pain. Look at all the stress those knees must be taking:

Had a free three months at O-Mei Wushu a few summers back. Was running it in parallel with jun fan JKD at the time. Quit before the end of the free trial because I had flashbacks to the futility of the TKD I did in high school. That, and the training room floor was a 1/8" worn-out rug on top of a concrete slab.

No doubt that girl in the first video has exceptional balance and flexibility.
