If it works and I had that job, I would wear it no matter how it looks. If it doesn't work, well that is a different matter all together.

If it works, I'd use it.

Key would be testing it out prior to being in a combat zone.

Take it to the range...
Can you effectively engage targets while wearing it?
Can you correct a malfunction?
Can you climb into the vehicle to protect yourself during a roll over?
Can you reload while wearing it?

Funny how this reporter can name those who quote everything but the article title.

Suit is a modified version of a MedEng suit - or so it would appear
