Fishing Afghan Style
I just received this and believe that it belongs here. (I hope that it did not appear here already... yes I used the search button and looked)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vcM3VZpUnCA
My fly reel would be pretty much useless here.

How much per fish does that lure cost?
John, Your "custom built by you" fly reel with the high speed ceramic bearings would be useful to bring the lure back in for another cast.

TNT charge blocks or dynamite would be even cheaper. Or grenades.

I'm unfamiliar with that type of lure.
Is it made by Eagle Claw, or some other company and where can I pick up a box of them ??

I'm sure they won't want to take lure from them.

That was a decent looking catfish they got.
Breaded and pan fried even better looking.

I have never used dupont lures in the….
I have rarely used dupont lures….
I've never witnessed US military soldiers using dupont……
Senator, I cannot recall the question? Would you please repeat the question?

I found another yet cheaper fishing method that seems to net a bigger catch.

I'm not sure if the guys in boat are the hunters or the hunted.
Reminds me of the advisory that came out last year here in Western Kentucky waters of 60lb carp jumping 10ft out of the water in front of speeding boats. Imagine taking one of those to the head at 65mph+
