I had this over the past weekend, and good gracious it's good!

All under $20 too. I based it on a recipe I found
here. I added a few ingredients, and took a couple out. Feeds about 6 or so, just double it for more guests to enjoy! Here it is:
Ingredients
1 can- Refried beans (I used Old El Paso brand)
1 can- Tomatoes & Diced green Chilies (Ro-Tel brand)
1 can- Tomatoes with onion and green pepper (Del Monte brand)
1/2 cup- Sour Cream
4oz- Cream Cheese softened (I used 1/2 of the 8oz rectangular box)
1/2 oz- Taco Seasoning (Half of 1oz packet)
1 pkg- 3 Cheese Blend (Shredded)
1 pkg- 4 Cheese Mexican Blend (Shredded)
1 can- Diced Jalapenos
Directions
Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream together in a bowl until no longer lumpy, then blend in the refried beans, taco seasoning, and about 1/2 cup of each of the cheeses. Spread into a 9X9 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are slightly browned. While the bean mix is baking, strain then mix together the tomato & green chilies with the tomato with onion & green peppers. Remove the bean mix from the oven, and spread the mixed tomato slop in an even layer over the mix. Top with a generous portion of the 3 cheese and 4 cheese blends, and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is nice and melted. You can either use the diced jalapenos in the mix, or serve on the side. Serve with baguette slices or tortilla chips. Enjoy
