Guinness Ice Cream

1 1/2 cans guiness draught beer
1 large egg
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream


Pour Guinness into a pan.

(Then start sipping the leftover 1/2 can of Guinness) :)

Boil it down to 1 1/2 cups, and then leave on the stove on low heat.

Mix the egg and sugar in a bowl. Mix in milk, then mix in the warm Guinness
concentrate. Mix in cream. Chill mix in refrigerator for about an hour.

Transfer to ice cream maker and mix.

Makes around 2 quarts.

Believe it or not, it's actually very good.
