Amazingly, they are still finding these things 80 years after the war.
This one looked to be at or a foot or so under the dock surface.
I think the bomb may be an ordinance that was left at the dock. One pic shows the lifting ring on the nose where the fuse should be. :confused:
Also, the BOOM seems larger than life. I think the EOD team strapped on more C4 than needed.

A World War Two bomb found in the seaside town of Great Yarmouth has detonated while work was being done to defuse it, causing a huge blast that was heard for miles.
All Army and emergency service personnel have been accounted for, Norfolk Police said.
