If you have not done so already, go vote tomorrow and get there early. Don't leave till you have voted.
Like Trump or not, the future of this country depends on it.
Ignore the MSM which is trying to scare you away and tip the race to their favorite (D) candidates. You have seen the crowds turning out for the POTUS this past week.
The results will go to the courts (again), and cheating will occur. Do not expect results to be finalized till Christmas or even later. Do not be disheartened by the delay and fraud.
If you can, toss a few bucks into the kitty to pay for the legal actions. It will cost you a lot less to donate than the mark-up on a case of 9x19 or 5.56, if we can keep Sleepy Joe and Kamala out of the White House. If not, expect gun and ammo prices to keep going up (if you can find it) and the ATF to resume crashing into homes looking for people who were made felons by the retroactive policies of an out of control, unConstitutional Federal agency.
Let's keep socialism, Marxism, anarchy, and communism out of America. If you want the rest of America to look like Seattle and Portland, ignore this request and live with the consequences.
If we fail, let us fail knowing we have done the very best we could to elect the better candidate.
Never, ever quit.

ETA: One thing that continues to amaze or confuse me is how the pollsters continue to claim that all or most of the early, absentee and mail in voting is predominantly Democratic and for Biden? From my perspective at least here in Texas and from what I see and hear from television interviews with Trump supporters; many of us have already voted - before Election Day - so if on Election Day a substantial number of Republicans will vote in person over Biden...this should be a Red Wave all across America.
I just think the media (MSM) is trying as hard as they can discourage and intimidate Republicans from voting. Saying it’s all over Biden wins.

Had my ballot in the mail the day after I received it. Voted for the Donald but have a very bad feeling that all hell's gonna break loose if he wins.
Biden is senile and you wonder sometimes if there shouldn't be a limit on how old the candidates can be.
Kamala Harris? Not even going to go there. ;)

Did the early voting thing. Originally I suspected he (Trump) would lose and Kamala would finish the term...now I suspect it'll be either a landslide for Trump or come down to the wire (and the courts)...and Trump will win....and then the left will implode. On the plus side there should be lots of "entertainers" leaving the country.
Did the early voting a couple of weeks ago also. I agree with the previous comments; the MSM “Fake News” is trying to suppress the red wave by making everyone believe that it’s over before the polls even open. Bidet’s little drive ins were nothing compared to the yuge rallies for the Donald (1/2 mile long lines just to get into the rally). The one thing that is really concerning though is the states that are pushing the mail in ballot acceptance dates to the right.....Sleepy’s down by how many votes; oh wait we just happen to have these that just came in.
Elections do matter, Amen to TR's comment it is spot on!
Just voted, god bless our country and let's hope the losers behave.

FWIW...in deep-blue country
TR, Thank you. Trump should see impressive numbers, but it will not stop the coming national revolt that BLM, Antifa, and other groups are planning.
In NYC, all the high end stores have removed their inventory, some will not return.
In our AO, Bucks County, Pa and Hunterdon County, NJ., we have seen record numbers of NYers moving in. This top 1% client base, traditionally bluish, has expressed to us they are red as apples. If this proves true, Trump has a wave coming to ensure his win.

I voted at the local polling place The Library, my wife & I were the only people there beside the poll workers, no lines, very light turn-out in this particular district, Hoping for a TRUMP LANDSIDE beyond any imagination. This will send a clear message to the radical left democrat communist/socialist party that the people who voted believe in the Constitution & The Bill of Rights. The Fake News,MSM & their followers can sink into depression and leave the USA as they have promised. VOTE-TRUMP & Save The U S A. we have fought for. NEVER QUIT.
My wife, native NYer, made a statement that really eased my uncertainty concerning the outcome of this election: "do you think they are boarding up all the storefronts in the city because there's going to be a blue wave"? Trump is going to win, it may be messy, but I think she correct.

Polls near me have been reportedly light traffic all day. Apparently everyone voted early and not many undecided voters left.
I think that speaks volumes about which candidate was chosen long before they marched Uncle Joe out as the opponent.
Wrote in Joe Biden for his 48th year in the Senate.
now that's done waiting for the results
Excellent post as always TR.

Here we went down to the building at the fairgrounds, normally used for the kids' 4H exhibits at the County Fair each year, as well as gunshows. Ya know, space, expected turnout, that fire station with the trucks moved out probably will be too small, that kinda thing... Because of the Chinese Communist virus there was no fair this year, so a bunch of really hard work by really good kids didn't get its due. (Over the summer I bought a boatload of preserves from one young gal who setup a table at the Farmer's market. I give her a Best in Show or whatever that equivalent is.)
The ID is verified, address is verified, signature is verified, and this is done by TWO septagenarian ladies with scowls so serious they probably did shift-accounting for the COMSEC "cookies" together in an old ICBM silo. Then they record the number of the ballot to be given, one proceeds to another person not scowling quite so much, gets the heavy paper ballot and moves on to a booth.
The method here is a connection of a line, using a standard #2 pencil (or Sharpie usually) connecting 2 arrow-heads next to a candidate's name. Then this heavy cardstock paper is carried over to the optical scanner that receives it and "ting!" displays the vote number (through that machine, that day, I was # 751). In between visits by standard voters is a young volunteer just standing there with about a 3" thick stack of mailed-in or true absentee ballots that go into the same machine - there is no "backroom counting" of mailed in stuff. When he has an opening he takes them and shoves them, one by one, into the machine.
These have previously received the scrutiny of another team of ICBM silo workers for their acceptability, so the young man stuffing the machine is really at the low-end of the chain but the procedure is important and he seemed to relish it. Literally whistling while he worked.
At exit, one either keeps the #2 pencil or drops it in a Tupperware® bowl where they'll be snagged periodically and sanitized. We both kept ours; HH6 for a crossword she had in the vehicle and, besides, God loves a nice sharp #2 pencil. By now it's Belgian Waffle time, don't you think?

Since the PA Supreme Court legalized cheating and voter fraud, the Philly voting machine has a few extra days to crank up additional votes. Everything I’ve read indicates POTUS has the lead. Governor and his ilk are doing everything to avoid calling it for 45.
Turnout was tremendous at our local polling station. YYYUUUUUUUGGGGE. The number of MAGA and KAGA hats and shirts was astounding, considering the number of Demorats that supposedly live around here.

What I find fascinating is how duped the progs are by their very own pollsters they got it wrong WE THE PEOPLE were right and they were very very wrong. I suspect that the polling firms are fired the progs are going to clean house. Goebbels would have been proud and may even have learned a thing or two every classical propaganda available was used to dishearten and disillusion the people of this country, the starpower from hollywood and music failed, the bold faced lies of mainstream media doing everything in their power to create hatred, distrust for Trump. The image of Trump branding the commercials the pro Hillary ads the great one the POTUS himself campaigning for her. Other countries were involved with the message of the progs. At the end of the day Americans said enough of the agenda we want to survive and produce we want a future now the feeling in the air here at FCCO is excitement and hope.

I remember the post above.
Regardless of the final tally, the tantrum and gnashing of teeth already started at work “this can’t be happening “ “I’m afraid” “ I fear for my kids””how is this happening “ “can’t believe these people would vote....”
So after 2016, Brexit etc etc people still trust and build expectation on the polls’ prediction?
These are highly educated folks too!
It was amusing in 2016. Now it’s just sad.
I truly blame the MSM. The same TTP that’s illegal for MISO to deploy domestically are being used liberally. All pun intended.
It seems the more intellectual ( and prideful), the more susceptible.

I'm not sure why anyone who voted for Biden is anxious and gnashing their teeth....looking like their guy is going to win based upon what I'm seeing on Faux News.
The actions of ruling class and their media court jesters are more in line with a hot game of Calvinball than anything that vaguely resembles the ethical administration of a national government.
its a brave new worlds out there - now might just be the time to move to Oregon for a big (and now legal) dose of soothing, happiness-producing drugs to make us forget how bad the ruling class has fucked us.

Is anyone here truly surprised by what we see happening? I’m not; nothing in Washington surprises me anymore. The democratic corruption in the US runs so far and so deep that we are likely to never see anyone in the deep state held responsible for what we have all seen take place.
I don’t know what the results will be but this is going to the Supremes and with any justice...Justice Roberts probably disappoints again. (They must have something on him?)
I don’t know if the constitutional recourse to dissolve our current form of government is the necessary solution, but we’ve never been closer to having no reasonable belief that it is a representative government of the people.

Not suprised at all sir. Completely expected looking out our front door. Trump lead, evaporating the next day as the boxes of votes are brought in. Knew for sure about PA yesterday when the banana-republic gov there kicked out credentialed poll watchers in Philly.
Justice Barrett is going to immediately prove her worth (and she dare not recuse, Pelosi/Schumer response be damned). She was an essential move because, as you point out, Roberts has been 'owned' for some time. This way it's a possible 5-4 even with Roberts wearing his diapers.

I enjoy your optimism, I am the eternal optimist, glass half full guy, victory is just around the corner. So, with that I too believe the Democrats over played their plan A, and the required recounts will show an abundance of election fraud where mail in ballots will be thrown out in mass. I remember in the mid-to-late 70's having to endure (in more than 1 country) "a peanut farmer...?!?!" Hahahahahaha.
The Dem machine does not care. They are doing this in (figurative) broad daylight. I called to a few other folks I know scattered around and they witnessed the same ongoing processing and introduction "into the system" of mail-in ballots that had been checked. Thus, there was no sudden influx of votes. Given the results through the day & evening one would reasonably expect that these votes would be some kind of mixture of Trump/Biden votes.
(Aside: The notion going around about more votes than registered voters is not true; the numbers are easily accomodated by the 1 November registration census of 3.68M (and change) voters.)
Anyway, back to our story where the lovely Nell is tied to the RR tracks and Snidely Whiplash comes into the Milwaukee precinct center at 0400 finding a rather lethargic 3rd shift in spite of 8 cases of Red Bull. Suddenly there are 138k more votes introduced. And they're not mixed between candidates. They're all for Biden. Ol' Snidely is quite secure he's done his dastardly deed, because Dudley Doright is over in Michigan trying to prevent the same thing.

TRConcur, sir. It seems that there is getting to be wider awareness of the sudden 0400 spikes in the Biden - and only Biden - vote counts in WI and MI, coupled with some video of the container delivery in one, and Proj VERITAS recording a Detroit USPS worker reporting about being ordered to separate ballots and back-date them.
The "more votes than registrations" meme is a distractor. The real story is simply the pre- dawn's early light vote dump in at least 2 locations. And not one of those 100K+ votes was for anyone but Biden... This will be a long court fight.
The situation remains that it's not the 'electoral system' at fault. It's that there remain people (down to underlings, van drivers, bin sorters, envelope counters) who are willing to do & assist evil to corrupt it.
I'll go ahead and say the quiet part out loud...
Lets stop pretending - somebody needs to figure out how to get out there and "find" some republican votes - figure out the margin and just find some fucking votes. The left turned our election process into 'Calvinball' years ago - so why dont we just oblige them and play along?
Maybe we should just rest easy knowing that we are 'better' than they are as we line up to surrender our consitutional rights (or should I say sell them at a mandatory constitutional rights buy-back program) - lets surrender our property to peaceful protestors - lets surrender our personal liberties and they enact stay at home laws mask laws or whatever else they deem might be possible as they legislate by fiat - lets just silently submit 40, 50, or even 60 percent of our hard earned paychecks to cover their universal income scam...
...as long as we know we are better than "they" are
It's astounding that here in the 21st Century the worlds most highly developed country ever to exist has such a chaotic and antiquated election process. They can build state of the art, game changing tools of warfare....but they cannot produce functional election process.
This from the same country that runs around the world pimping elections and the democratic process.....
I always laugh when I say this, but I am in Louisiana and we generally come in first in every "bad" category there is.
But, we never have voting issues that are worth noting - and we are always red....:D
I can't believe there are still states with dimples, chads, pencil ballots.
I can't believe there are still states with dimples, chads, pencil ballots.
Believe it.
There is an entire industry that revolves around the fallacy of "election security" and the politicians make waaaay too much money ensuring the survival of that industry.
There is no way certain endeavors can survive if they ever actually meet their stated goals - failure is the only option.

I think it's because they really don't want to keep it "functional". It's their way of playing the field to their advantage. The voting process is supposed to be "impartial" but that's not the case when you have rampant fraud. Just take a look at some of those people counting ballets, they definitely show who they side with so there you go. They wouldn't even allow elections observers inside some of those places, that's criminal.

Dead on.
The actions and images from on the ground in much of big city America - over the past 6 months - really is shameful.
If we don’t fix the system soon - then we risk become a largely dysfunctional, underachieving, left leaning, high tax, bureaucracy like Italy, England, France or other nations. The middle class in those nations are under constant duress.
But, I’m not sure even their electoral systems are as chaotic as ours currently.

I was curious if it was expedience or there was a reason for lumping State and Federal elections together? It appears some states can’t handle the operation . Nevada is just one example, from their own Secretary of State they have a population of 3 million and state they have 2 million registered voters yet they can’t get their count on time... that’s ridiculous

They want to be the 'drama' queen for this election and be known (and always remembered with grants & cash) as "the State that put Joe Biden over the top." Their 6 votes are seen as crucial. The other reason is that they probably have a metric shitload of ballots done in the name of people whose only credential is an SEIU union card...

Looking at the vote count in Georgia for president and senate.
For some odd reason, many people voted for Biden, but didn't vote for John Ossoff (Democrat candidate for senate).
The gap is almost 100,000 votes.
Strangely, the votes for Trump and David Perdue (Republican candidate for senate) only differ by around 1,000 votes.

For some odd reason, many people voted for Biden, but didn't vote for John Ossoff (Democrat candidate for senate)......
When the D machine is cranking out bogus votes it takes too long to mark down ballot folks.
Just going from marking President to President and Senator doubles the time.
the ink isn't even dry on the fraudulent ballots and the democrats are already screaming for a 10% reduction in the defense budget

I was running down an interwebz theory regarding a rather large bunch of people in MI who were on the voter rolls. Someone had been checking death rolls in the Soc Security database, and running against the Michigan SecState elections website database. They posted a bit of their findings on one of the few tweety-bird feeds I click on. (Apparently their contact is now going to purchase the entire dB for more forensics.) But I tried a few off the initial delimited raw dump, against the MI website for voter information.
Tried 10 out of the 1200-odd entries in the sample putting in 'my' information. In 8 cases was able to see when mail-in ballot was received by the corpse, and when it was received back by the elections people. So reassuring. Also nice to know they've got these healthy folks on the PERMANENT absentee ballot mailing list. Of the other 2 tries, one entry simply locked up & wouldn't process. The last one showed a ballot requested, sent, but not returned. (Maybe they really died the second time...)
All of these people are born 1920 or EARLIER. The 8 all voted successfully. That's really hangin' in there, eh? The activity of the ballot requests appears to have started mid-summer and culminated in all cases with the ballot being received by MI elections office in October. All of the ones I tried were either Wayne or Macomb counties, with one in Baraga county.
By way of example the screenshot reflects the search result for one:
MARTHA KOSKELA (Name first last), 11/1916 (Birth month/year), 49946 (Zip code)

The fix was in when China released the virus on the world. A virus that seemingly kills the old, the weak, and the most expensive medically dependent in our society.
The dimms have been planning this since the previous version of media/tech voter manipulation somehow didn’t achieve its success.
Bernie Sanders didn’t just step aside, they needed the only “moderate Democrat” on the ballot to elect the super minority that otherwise didn’t have a chance.
Poor Nancy Pelosi, will be thrown aside in January and discarded like an empty container of gourmet ice cream. AOC or Presley take your pick.

I think it's a barrister (or 2 or 3) here in other discussions who mentioned, perhaps in a treaty discussion, that when one side breaks a piece of the agreement, the agreement in toto is then nullified.
Rule of Law seems (to this chump) to be predicated on a rather simple agreement. I will be civil & adhere to the Law. The government will protect me & fairly administer the Law. I will state categorically that it seems, at many levels, government has endeavored actively to nullify the agreement.

What kind of heartless bastard disenfranchises a dead person right to vote? #2 pencils and purple ink, hell yes! We have spent years making it more and more easy to vote thus inviting fraud on a scale large enough to change the will of the people. We will never again see an election in this country in which we can honestly trust the results. Should Biden persevere and get the 270 needed to win I will find solace in the fact (it does not make me happy) that an idiot that does not know where he is half the time accomplished what the smartest woman in the world could not do. Forgot to mention RE the MI state database of voter tallies used in the example above in Post #61:
It isn't sorted alphabetically, or by date of birth. It's sorted by how many times that identity has voted. (Martha Koskela voted 22 times - she may be legit, as of 2014 she had still outlived some other relative.) Others voted in the single digits, but some in the thousands. I don't care if you're a card-carrying Centenarian and vote in 4 elections/year for 80 years you don't get to having voted 1,437 times. But THAT's how you get a magic 100K+ votes to dump in without having to use so many dead volunteers.

Maybe we should just rest easy knowing that we are 'better' than they are as we line up to surrender our consitutional rights (or should I say sell them at a mandatory constitutional rights buy-back program) - lets surrender our property to peaceful protestors - lets surrender our personal liberties and they enact stay at home laws mask laws or whatever else they deem might be possible as they legislate by fiat - lets just silently submit 40, 50, or even 60 percent of our hard earned paychecks to cover their universal income scam...
...as long as we know we are better than "they" are
I can’t like this enough. Well said, thank you.

She may not have but the demonic party has been thinking about this since the day she lost a “guaranteed win” four years ago.
This time they left no stone unturned and have insurance for their insurance plan. Nevada was never needed.
They knew this time they could keep Uncle Joe in the basement and win. No tripping down stairs, no falling into vans, the media could laugh off the gaffes and change the narrative or just suppress anything bad. They were even allowed by the media to keep the most interesting minority female free from serious debate or questions of her past history.

ETA: Anyone else find it peculiar that 'in all' the battleground states that Trump led by big margins early on that Biden has managed to claw back 'just enough' votes to win and maintain that lead even 'if' Trump gets a few more votes.
It almost as if the vote counters have standing orders to find just enough votes, but not too many (except for Michigan 128k to zero - not even a third party vote which seemed to pull 0.9% across the board in every state...except the 04:00 ballot drop!)
I have absolutely zero confidence in this election. The dems should have stopped with MI and WI and ultimately certified NV. If it came down to 3 electoral votes they could flip Alaska - right?

This election doesn’t pass the sniff text. It seems like there is mass voter fraud. If there is indeed mass voter fraud, it seems to me like “taxation without representation.”
Speaking of Michigan, my brother has two really good friends that are poll watchers in Indiana. Their compatriot in Michigan said that there was a “glitch” in one county alone that 6000 votes were given to Biden instead of President Trump. Evidently the software is used in 47 counties.
They reported it and my brother just sent me a screenshot of this

I saw another post were the software was said to be named Dominion
Patty • 15 minutes ago
The election software system in Michigan that switched 6,000 votes from Trump to Biden is called "Dominion."
It is used in 30 states including:
Nevada
Arizona
Minnesota
Michigan
Wisconsin
Georgia
Pennsylvania
Every single major swing state. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.
http://disq.us/p/2d0zo22
I also recall back in 2016 there was a organization that had a video that demonstrated how electronic voting machines could be rigged to move or add votes for every so many votes cast for a particular candidate. So for example for every 5 votes cast for Candidate A the software would throw 1 to Candidate B.
Possibly more on Hammer and Scorecard...
The General described “Hammer” and “Scorecard,” a pair of programs initially designed for the CIA before being privatized by Deep State players from the Obama administration. We explained how they work in an article last week, but the gist is this: “Hammer” or “THE HAMMER” is a counter-intelligence surveillance program used to spy on activities on protected networks (like voting machines) without detection while “Scorecard” is a vote-manipulation application that changes votes during transfer. It’s the least detectable form of election manipulation because it works during data transfer between voting stations and data storage hubs. Unless both sides are looking for irregularities, it’s impossible to catch. If nefarious forces had people on one side or the other (or both) during data transfer, it cannot be exposed.

Sleepy Campaign Strategy Mystery Solved
American Greatness
Roger Kimball
NOV 5, 2020
Complete article at link below.
Biden didn’t really campaign because he—or at least his handlers—knew the fix was in.
One of the great mysteries surrounding the presidential election of 2020 has now been solved. For months, people on both sides of the aisle noted the huge discrepancy between the campaign styles of Donald Trump and Joe Biden. Trump was a dynamo, sitting for interviews, holding press conferences, participating in an ever-increasing series of rallies across the country.
Joe Biden, by contrast, rarely left his basement and when he did it was to address 10 or 15 carefully screened supporters or pundits who were coached about what they could say. Even Biden’s supporters, the innocent ones, marked the difference and were concerned. How could their candidate win when he basically refused to campaign?
We now know the answer.
Biden didn’t really campaign because he—or at least his handlers—knew the fix was in. They knew that compliant polls would cook the numbers to show that Biden was 10, 15, or even 17 points ahead nationally and in all the battleground states even though he was more or less tied or even behind. The psychological, which means the political effect of that, was to insinuate an element of unreality into the whole campaign and to present the public, and the pundits who were there to spoonfeed them, with a false narrative about the performance and therefore the prospects of the two candidates.
The committee fielding Biden also knew that the media was almost totally on board with a Biden candidacy. This was clear during the campaign when an overwhelming majority of media coverage was both hostile to Trump and almost comically careful about Biden.
Consider the conspiracy of silence about Hunter Biden’s laptop or the revelations of Hunter’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski. With the exception of a few dissident outlets, there was an extraordinary conspiracy of silence about these and other stories critical of Biden’s behavior. (Special praise goes to the New York Post and to Tucker Carlson for bucking the trend and bringing these stories to the public.)
That most of the media was all-in for Biden was also clear during the election itself. Fox News notoriously acted as a cheerleader for Biden. They refused to call Florida for Trump for hours after it was clear that he had won it. They then ceded Arizona to Biden, though it was by no means clear that he had prevailed there and some voters were still in line at the polls. Fox eventually walked back its call (sort of), but only after the damage to Trump’s momentum had been clocked. Two days after the election, Fox refuses to call Alaska and other states for Trump even though it is crystal clear that he has won them.
Finally, the forces arrayed behind Biden knew that the whole bureaucracy of the state—the poll workers and postal workers in battleground states, for example—would be on board for Biden and would be carefully coached in deploying techniques to manufacture or suppress ballots, as necessary, and skew the vote.
We see all this playing out before our eyes—or, rather, we see the external manifestations of the massive effort to queer the election for Donald Trump.
Last time, in 2016, the establishment was not ready for Donald Trump. They were complacent because they just knew that Trump could not win, that Hillary Clinton was a sure thing. So they were both careless in covering their tracks and lazy about mounting a serious ground game against Trump should he win.
When he did win they screamed and stomped their tiny feet. They paraded around the Washington Mall in pink hats meant to resemble female genitalia in order to protest against Trump’s crudity. Less than 20 minutes after Trump was inaugurated the Washington Post informed its readers that the push for impeachment had begun.
But the fact remains, the establishment and its media megaphones were blindsided. They thought a Trump victory was impossible. This time, they knew that it was not only possible but probable, and they prepared accordingly.
We see all this playing out before our eyes—or, rather, we see the external manifestations of the massive effort to queer the election for Donald Trump.
Biden’s supporters, from Mitt Romney and Bill Kristol down to Chuck Todd, Chris Wallace, and the unsung destroyers of Trump ballots and fabricators of Biden ballots, all girded their loins and were prepared for a reprise of Trump in 2016. They were ready. But here’s what is surprising them: so was Donald Trump.
It is touch and go, but writing now, Anno Domini Guy Fawkes Day 2020, I think that the president will prevail. That is to say, the legitimate ballots will be counted, the illegitimate ones will be discarded, and Donald Trump will be president for four more years. Get ready, though. Victory will not come without a fight.

I think probably the best first offense in the coming war against tyranny is not assembling our arms and creating patriotic militias to reclaim our Constitutional Republic through armed resistance but, to cancel "Cancel Culture" itself, or well, at least use that against them. Cancel your FaceBook account, cancel Twitter, cancel Google (pack up Nest, mini speakers *), cancel Amazon (say bye to Alexa *), cancel Apple and Microsoft, cancel big Tech, go one step further and cancel Walmart (aka China's US department store!) Cancel Hollywood and their distribution: Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc... Cancel higher education at left leaning universities, etc... Find an online or local and accredited school to get a college degree in that doesn't have "Safe Spaces/Bounce Rooms or Social Justice/Sensitivity for Racists class."
We can learn to buy local, shop companies that support US jobs and products, and return Main Street to a place where families can go for a soda or an ice cream cone, safely with a uniformed police officer who knows your name.
* Go back to using a radio, dust off your CD collection or as Joe Biden said; "make sure you can hear the record player."
I'm not saying we all have to ditch the simple or required things in life that make it better, or inconvenience ourselves to spend more, but we can chose to let Big Tech and conglomerate distribution centers (Amazon) to become an echo chamber of "Can You Hear Me Now!"
Seventy million citizens and their families have a strong voice to oppose the power grab of the coastal elites in Silicone Valley and Wall Street and the DC Swamp. Cancel THEM, stop using their services and stop paying for subscriptions.
Yeah, I know that's a lot isn't it? It could be worse, in two years we could lose the Senate and watch the Supreme Court go from nine to twelve or fifteen justices. We could watch DC, Puerto Rico, Guam and Micronesia become states with statehood and we could watch the Bill of Rights get cut up and used for fire starter to burn the rest of the US Constitution...yeah the same one Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer have been screeching about for the last three years for the impeachment of DJT or for fair and equitable elections. The only time in the last forty years I've heard a Democrat praise the Constitution was to beat over the head the only president who hasn't at wholesale tried to disregard the Constitution for expediency.
There will be a time for the next stage, but we are not there yet.
Opinions welcome...

So basically PA's election committee has already broken the intent of the Supreme Court order that even John Roberts gave them permission to collect ballots after November 3 (8:00 PM) and up until November 6th (today) and they were to be kept separate?
Hmm..!
This and operation "Scorecard" surely to be approved by Brennan and the CIA about the same time they were throwing Mike Flynn under the bus in January 2017.
And while we are talking about Mike Flynn, we have to recall that US District of Columbia Judge Emmet Sullivan is the one who authorized and in fact ordered the USPS to search twice daily for "missing" ballots on the floors and facilities of the USPS. dis-Honorable Judge Emmet Sullivan is the same judge who has not allowed the Mike Flynn case to be dismissed and ordered a biased arbitrator to proceed with charges the DOJ had dropped. (No apparent connection here right?)
ETA: Oh, and Chris Wray needs to be "Fired" tomorrow! The FBI needs to be investigating every claim of voter suppression and vote fraud assumption in every state. If the FBI/DOJ don't dot every "i" and cross every "t" in this election than we may as well call it the national embarrassment!

Not discounting the sophisticated algorithms the news network statisticians use to project elections but....
Attached are the numbers for the Battle Ground States as they stand -
Saturday 7 Nov, 1200 hrs (ET)
Trump does need to win all four remaining states (NC, GA, PA, and AZ*) to retain the Presidency. But you'll notice how very close it really still is.
In the attachment, the "swing" percentage columns show how much of the remaining vote needs to lean to Trump for him to win the State. It's not a lot.
Now, granted, the mail-in ballots are trending Biden. But the overseas military ballots will likely trend Trump, it's still very close...
And this doesn't at all take into account the issue with the PA court allowing post dated ballots to be counted, a possible breach of the Constitution....
It feels incredibly irresponsible to be calling the race yet!
Thoughts?
*Yes AZ is still in the running. Biden only leads by 0.5% and this was 1.4% 48 hours ago, so it's trending to Trump, and there's still 14% of the votes left to count!

*Yes AZ is still in the running. Biden only leads by 0.5% and this was 1.4% 48 hours ago, so it's trending to Trump, and there's still 14% of the votes left to count!
S
My thoughts are they will just open another box of Biden ballots from the store room where they have been since September.
I voted absentee (OCONUS) many times in my life. My ballots were always sent long before any deadline or due by date.
The mail in ballots were or should have been counted long before or during the day that the day of voting at the polls was going on. They knew this, this is the law. They counted day of votes and then made up the difference after the facts. Can it be proven probably not but they knew what they were doing.

Trump has shown remarkable prescience in dealing with his opponents.
Have to assume his campaign is well-prepared for this contingency.
Suspect that the left knew they would get caught, hence the declaration of victory.
Most of the media and tech giants are complicit in the narrative.
If the egg can't be unscrambled by the courts in time, then it might end up going to Congress to be resolved according to the Twelfth Amendment.

Please elaborate.
If you're referring to congressional objections, it would be moot because both houses have to accept the objection.
That won't happen.
If you're referring the the Twelfth Amendment, that would only happen if neither candidate received a majority of electoral votes, perhaps due to litigation tie-ups preventing certification by one or more States.
In that case, Trump wins.

I was referring to post #105, you posted a second time before I could. Mostly about “unscrambling” the mess that is now ‘elected by fiat’ in the media.
It feels incredibly irresponsible to be calling the race yet!
Thoughts?
They, the media and the DNC, are trying to validate a narrative that Slo Joe is victorious. In doing this they are attempting to discourage Trump and his supporters. They are attempting to force Trump to concede. And if this tide turns in Trumps favor, all those people currently celebrating in the streets will become a angry mob with their eyes on vengeance.
It seems to me that no matter which way things go, we may end up at the same unpleasant destination.

Their plan has been telegraphed for months.
1. Don't allow Trump to declare victory on election night.
2. Manufacture as many votes as it takes until Biden is ahead, even using brazen fraud.
3. Declare Biden victorious, putting the "burden of proof" on Trump.
4. When fraud is discovered and results are changed, accuse Trump of stealing the election.
5. Riot.
6. Declare Biden to be President in spite of the Constitutional process.
7. Well, we all know what happens here...
You are spot-on. That has been their plan for months - and is happening. We are between your items 3 & 4 right now.

Another possibility:
If the courts find that the egg can't be unscrambled, they may defer to the state legislatures to sort out the matter.
The legislatures in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona are all red.
From Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution:
"...Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors..."

That’s not exactly true. The problem is the cost of being wrong, indecisive or acting prematurely. As they say if it’s not broken don’t break it. The problem with intervening too soon is the risk of not having the total and combined support of the overwhelming majority. Right now it isn’t there; the young college and university students that helped elect Joe Biden would turn against a revolution to restore order and the Republic and a worse chaos would ensue.
Better wait and see if the country really does tank first in the aftermath and then say there is a fix but it will take everyone’s effort to correct it before it’s gone.
JMHO
We need to wait, watch and listen to where the progressives try to take us and act together as one unified force to reclaim what we know is the best path to remain a constitutional republic.
The “kids” have understand there is no “free” someone like their parents have to pay for it first.

Some other numbers.
Pennsylvania vote breakdown
- Approximately 5% of vote left to count and Biden ahead by 0.6%.
- In-person votes made up 78% of the votes cast = Leaned 56% in favour of Trump
- Mail-in votes made up 22% of vote (incl the 5% left to come) = Currently only 20% for Trump.
- So the mail-in ballot swung from 56% for Trump to only 20% for Trump, that's a 36% swing, that's huge!
Just saying.

Well, maintaining the Constitutional Republic is not a revolution. The revolution began when I was in high school and is now 2 and a half generations old. My gen of college students had "sit downs" on the university campuses and never got up. They became the professors that trained the next generation and that generation fanned out into society or remained to teach the next generation. I may have posted this here before, but about 20 years ago my nephew, who was college age, was given a Christmas present, from his 1st cousin, a copy of the Communist Manifesto. The cousin was a teacher in the LAUSD public schools. Rapone went to public school and West Point. His active duty time between the two doesn't seem to have effected him at all. It's broken and has a strong propaganda arm now that Fox has folded.

I hear you but, that is exactly my point. We can name the instigators only because they number in the ones, tens, and hundreds. Not so many that we can’t keep track. Yet!
If at some point the majority of Americans decide to take back the country they are going to have to be willing to eradicate those that are “irredeemable” as Hillary once called us. Which only may require re-education and drug therapy or drug rehabilitation as the case may be.
You speak of the 30, 40 or 50 years of brainwashing that has occurred in higher education. Only some of it has been irrelevant and irresponsible. Some people turned out okay even after having gone through the indoctrination process.
This election has become the joke of the world.....we look like a banana republic
When I look all the shenanigans past and present, I would say we are a Banana Republic. There is a constant back and forth with legislation, for example the Assault Weapons Ban, then the ban is lifted, now Slo Joe is promising to reinstate the AWB and more. One administration raises taxes another cuts taxes. And you have the judiciary like John Roberts over stepping his jurisdiction as with Obama Care, or the Courts in California nullifying the will of the people on issues they voted for or against.
And all along the way each and everyone of them are ignoring the founding documents and shaping things to their own desires.
The lack of prosecution for the Russian Collusion and the on going travesty of justice against General Flynn. The mysterious deaths of Jeffrey Epstein and Whitey Bulger. Rioters arrested for looting and burning cities are released, whereas law abiding citizens are arrested for protecting their property and/or themselves. City Councils laughing at citizens concerned about needles and shit on their sidewalks.
And finally, an election debacle of epic proportions in the country that has pimped Freedom, Democracy and Fair Elections around the world for longer than I have been on this earth.
All that is what you would expect in a Banana Republic....if we're not there yet, we are damn close.
A bit off topic but not....I am curious if any of you would have been approved for a security clearance (let alone the keys to the Kingdom) if you had a close family member like Hunter Biden?

It’s no coincidence, social media is controlling the message the masses get to read. If it goes against the message you will be silenced and rather quickly even if the past twenty years your name or posts never rose to the occasion.
There was such a thing as free speech in America but not anymore. The “arbitrators of truth” have spoken and if you don’t toe the line you will be ostracized, tarred and feathered, burned at the stake and thrown into the river all at the same time.

Math is a real bitch!
It’s kinda like what happens to a R0 number vs. CFR when the first goes up and the later goes down, things are looking very very good.
The media think that when they report 100,000 new cases of COVID a day and don’t report that only 53 people died as result of COVID that somehow Trump is doing a bad job. Math is a real bitch, especially when you don’t understand the science behind it.
The media does NOT think that reporting 100,000 new cases of COVID a daywithout reporting that only 53 people died is a problem. They have just proven over and over agains the we the people are simply too self involved with residual bullshit to give a shit about the REAL facts.
The rest of America s too stoo-stoo-stoopid to do any math for themselves.
The media knows that 80% of their customers are relying on CNN to "do the math" for them. Misrepresented facts and false narratives are a NOT glitch in the system - they are features - premium features that we ALL pay for.

Why Do Most Countries Ban Mail-In Ballots?:
They Have Seen Massive Vote Fraud Problems
141 Pages Posted: 9 Aug 2020 Last revised: 21 Aug 2020

Date Written: August 3, 2020
Abstract
Thirty-seven states have so far changed their mail-in voting procedures this year in response to the Coronavirus. Despite frequent claims that President Trump’s warning about vote fraud/voting buying with mail-in ballots is “baselessly” or “without evidence” about mail-in vote fraud, there are numerous examples of vote fraud and vote buying with mail-in ballots in the United States and across the world. Indeed, concerns over vote fraud and vote buying with mail-in ballots causes the vast majority of countries to ban mail-in voting unless the citizen is living abroad.
There are fraud problems with mail-in absentee ballots but the problems with universal mail-in ballots are much more significant. Still most countries ban even absentee ballots for people living in their countries.
Most developed countries ban absentee ballots unless the citizen is living abroad or require Photo-IDs to obtain those ballots. Even higher percentages of European Union or other European countries ban absentee for in country voters. In addition, some countries that allow voting by mail for citizens living the country don’t allow it for everyone. For example, Japan and Poland have limited mail-in voting to those who have special certificates verifying that they are disabled.
France has made an exception this year to the ban on absentee ballots to those who are sick or at particular risk during the Coronavirus pandemic. Poland and two cities in Russia have adopted mail-in ballots for elections this year only, but most countries haven't changed their regulations.
France banned absentee voting in 1975 because of massive fraud in Corsica, where postal ballots were stolen or bought and voters cast multiple votes. Mail-in ballots were used to cast the votes of dead people. Examples for other countries are provided.

I have been openly promoting that documentary to everyone I know.

A Trucker Strike in November Could Be Another Nail in the Supply Chain Coffin (https://www.theorganicprepper.com/trucker-strike-november/)
Rumor has it that a large number of independent truckers are planning multiple strikes in November during which they’ll stop transporting…well, everything. Considering that our supply chain is already in precariously bad shape, imagine the impact if transport also came to a halt.
Here’s how it’s being organized.
There’s a group on Facebook (for now – we all know how it goes on Facebook) called Stop the Tires Truckers that is organizing the strike. As of the writing of this article, more than 15,000 people had joined the newly formed group.
Here’s their message (and I’m also posting a screenshot in case it gets removed.) Note that they are specifically asking truckers who transport medical supplies not to participate.
Our message is simple and hopefully effective. We fully intend to exercise our rights, and will not have politicians making crippling decisions, that will negatively affect our future and the future of our children.
President Trump has worked diligently for four long years to protect the rights and freedoms of all Americans, and very importantly the blue-collar workers of this country. The blue-collar workers are literally the ones that make the wheels turn! Without truck drivers this country could not survive for long. Our intention is not to harm anyone. We would like to make a point that we do NOT wish for any companies or private truck drivers, supplying any kind of medical supplies and/or services, to participate in our movement.
We will not participate in the leftist, Biden/Harris Green New Deal. We do not support the banning of fracking. The United States of America operates as a capitalistic economy and OIL is the fuel she survives on. With this being said, we will STOP ALL TIRES for 24 hours on Veterans Day 11/11/20. If this is not effective and our leaders do not respect that blue-collar truck drivers are having to face domestic terrorism, primarily in democrat run cities all over the United States, and that we do not support the banning of fracking in any way, then we will have our second STOP OF TIRES for FOUR full days 11/26/20-11/29/20.
We are calling for all patriots to share this all over the country. We may not last long on Facebook, but please do not be deterred, and continue to share this on any social media or other outlets, that you have available to you.
Thank you & God Bless America
As of this morning, Fakebook hasn't taken down the page. There are now over 36,000 who have joined the group.
The ever cynical side of me says it may be fake or a red flag if Facebook has allowed it to stay up.

Yes indeed, but I don't plan to be one of them that's for sure. That's not in my nature to give in to anything. Man, how did this Country end up like this? I don't think this Country will be able to come together. Especially what the Left has done these past 4 years. That's for sure, I think they have underestimated the resolve of Conservatives in this Country. After what the Left has been doing these last 4 years, I think people have had enough of that BS. They will no longer tolerate the Left's hatred and their willingness to tear down the fabric of this Nation. Someone is going to have a reckoning.

Odd - do you mean the same way that Maxine Waters encouraged democratic supporters to harass Trump administration officials...
"Let's make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere."

Have no sources just hearsay but, very encouraging prospects to uncover massive voter fraud in nearly every state.
Only problem may continue to be the depth of the deep state and how far they will go to deny, deflect and make counter accusations until the electors are required to vote. Not that that changes who the congress elects President and Vice President of the USA come January.
Looks like Trump and Tillis win NC

Attorney General Barr just mobilized the Department of Justice to engage as appropriate to investigate election fraud throughout America. He is on solid legal ground. It is a very simple means of addressing the greatest attempted political theft in American history, and I would rather be we, Trump Nation, than they, the Democrat party's illegal operatives.
This is because President Trump and his team laid the legal ground work for identifying and prosecuting such criminal behavior in 2017:
Federal Prosecution of Election Offensives
Eight Edition 2017
Our constitutional system of representative government only works when the worth of honest ballots is not diluted by invalid ballots procured by corruption.
Somewhat encouraging.
A few things:
1) You are always going to have election fuckery. In an election where you have over 100mm votes it’s inevitable.
2) There is zero evidence right now that fraud has occurred to such a scale as to affect the outcome. The coordination and scale required to pull that off is such that, if it were to occur, it would have been sniffed out before the election. At this point you’d have US attorneys issuing indictments instead of Rudi Guiliani ranting in front of a dildo shop.
Occam’s Razor? Biden won. Period.
Everyone catastrophizing over the next four years should take a breath. The audience here leans conservative, fine, so consider the fact that the Republicans will in all likelihood keep the Senate and the fact that the court leans right. Also consider that federalism is alive and well. The world didn’t end under Obama or Clinton; nobody took your guns. Of course you can selectively nutpick tweets and articles suggesting otherwise, but anecdotes are just that.

A quick run around the virtual block after getting home and, well, the Democrat "fuckery" as some person said above is unravelling at an increasing rate.* If they eventually toss all the dead people that voted in Milwaukee County, whose ballots were all Biden, all magically injected in the middle of the night while counting was supposed to be suspended and observers & most workers sent home... well, that's game over for this little neck of the woods. Let's see what happens to the Biden leads when you take 3 more states and substract the 130-146,000 votes that were injected during darkness.

Your refusal to attempt to meet the burden of proof (burden of proof belongs to the claimant) is not my ball of yarn to unravel.I didn't ask you to meet a burden of proof or unravel yarn. I asked what/who YOU consider to be a credible source. Question still stands.
You are starting to sound like the metamorphosis of the DNC narrative that has been running since late Thursday and, in summary, it seems (no crediible source, just my impression) to go like this:
“There is no evidence of fraud.” This is later followed by:
“There’s no widespread evidence of fraud.”
And as the data logs, photographs, videos, sworn affidavits and statistical impossibilities pile up, the story becomes:
“There might've been some "glitches"* but they won't change the results.”
* There's really no such thing in a computer system or its software as a "glitch."

It's interesting that the news media keeps talking bout "widespread" voter fraud.
They're very careful to use "widespread" or "large scale" or something along those lines.
It's almost like its a distributed taking point that they're all following.
It's also a convenient straw man argument for them to "debunk".
The pertinent accusation is "targeted" fraud, specifically in big Democrat-controlled cities in the swing states.
Fraud elsewhere is largely irrelevant to the outcome of the presidential election.

Hmmm..."Burden of proof."
Seem to recall that being brought up in post #92.
You claim that Biden won.
What is your evidence?
To my knowledge, not a single state has certified their election.
Not a single elector has been chosen.
There is only the opinion of media outlets.
What makes any of them more credible than another's opinion?
A thorough investigation of the fraud allegations, consistent with the law, should settle the matter.
If it's a lawsuit, rather than a criminal investigation, I believe the "burden of proof" is "preponderance of evidence."

I’ll take that one step further and unequivocally state we are only in the legal realms of “mere suspicion” an even lesser degree needed to open an investigation into wrongdoing. If there is a preponderance of evidence than it will be followed to an indictment where proof beyond a reasonable doubt exists.
Arrest will be made if that burden of proof threshold is reached and that’s when thing should really get exciting.
A vast majority of poll workers would be duped by and unintended victims of the fraud necessary to alter the election but there are and will be very low level and mid to higher management that conducted illegal and unconstitutional activity to manipulate the legal process. People driven by ideology over values consistent with our Republic and laws.
I believe a pattern will present itself across all counties and states election results that cannot be otherwise explained away as simple oversight issues. Something small will show up here and here and there and before long it will start to look an awful lot like the Democratic media/house/senate word or the day. “Widespread” will become a trail of “hanging chads” to take look back on how the 2000 election played out in one state across several counties.
These counting machines are supposed to track and keep various data points. The auditors and maybe the FBI will likely run tests and collect data to determine if rules were followed or if shenanigans are afoot. If someone has monkeyed around with them and the election is still not certified expect to see mandatory recounts. Those recounts just like the debacle of hanging chads will undoubtedly have a different count with multiple observers to watch the whole process.
The most obvious issue we have right now is the speed and veracity with which the media and left wing social tech executed their plan to rapidly call the election for Biden, wrap their hands around each other and begin the mantra that President Trump needs to leave the White House immediately. Last I heard the President is still the President until January 19, 2021.
The media does not elect the president, we have a constitutional process and with something this important and this close that somehow all, not just a little but across the board in the middle of the night and the days after...Biden managed to gain enough votes over Trump to win the most controversial states. It might even be believed if they just followed the rules or more importantly followed the law. And that is where the investigations will follow.
The FBI are at their best, able to analyze data and find anomalies and it’s “probably” statistically impossible for thousands of ballots to select only one candidate over all others on a ballot and the voting machines will show that.
How did all these counties literally 3142 know to count all the Trump in person voting first and then start running mail in and absentee ballots in the wee hours of the morning and days afterwards? Something there just looks suspicious “merely suspicious!” To 71 million voters who feel disappointed and disenfranchised by the process.
I think we will all come to accept the results if we are shown that historical turnout was surpassed by even more historical turnout from the other side. But as I think Bubba said, “where was the enthusiasm for the least popular candidate in the history of elections going up against the most, not second most (now Obama) but the most popular President of all time?”
It just doesn’t pass the smell test. Something is wrong and it needs be resolved before we elect the wrong person(s) to the highest and most demanding job in the world.

Here’s one more thing I’ll add tonight and then I’m going to sleep.
If someone legally allowed to vote is too dumb or too stupid, can’t read or failed to follow the instructions on how to vote, how to correctly fill out the ballot, sign the envelope and apply the correct address on record with a voter registration on file with the elections office, legibly like the instructions say and can’t lick it and stick it in either an official ballot collection box or blue mailbox to arrive by or before the end of Election Day. That person shouldn’t be allowed to vote or have their vote counted. Yes we are a democracy but there is a great responsibility that comes with being an educated and mindful of the importance of casting a vote for or against the candidates vying for power not just over you, but over all Americans.
If you are a person who would sit down with a blank, illegal ballot no matter how you came to be in possession of it...filled it out in the name of another person (be they dead, incarcerated, convicted or moved from record) to illegitimately select one candidate over another and submitted it to the elections office by any means possible. You are the scum of the earth and you should not ever have a seat at the table in our great country again. They should make room under the prison for people like this and they should be branded for all to see. Murder is less offensive than selecting the leader of the free world through deceit and manipulation that may ultimately send American soldiers to die on some shity piece of foreign soil for some equally shitier political theater or policy failure.
The most important and valuable civic duty of being an American citizen and fellow countrymen is performing this sacred duty with honor, diligence and transparency. If your reason for cheating the system is ideological, selfish and filled with hatred towards your fellow citizens then maybe you should abstain from this great tradition. We’ll do just fine without your input. We have a long history of getting it right most of the time and the checks and balances keep it so. We don’t judge people based on the color of their skin or their hair. We are a pretty open minded society that accepts most people for who they are if they truly believe they do belong here. We even accommodate a certain level of weirdness and outliers as best we can.
But we don’t like liars, cheaters, thieves and snake oil salesman taking our money and wasting it on foolishness and self-enrichment by self loathing politicians.
And that’s all I got to say about that.

Here’s one more thing I’ll add tonight and then I’m going to sleep.
Nice piece of cautionary writing to wake up to with a cup of coffee.
Seems to go along with what Grateful Citizen said about 'targeted' vs. the Democrats' strawman of "show me widespread" fraud. As mentioned in the post describing my voting experience, the mailed ballots were vetted and shoved in the machine throughout the day right along with in-person votes. But we're probably not a 'target' as someplace like Milwaukee County clearly is. While the total turnout was unusual, locally the vote ratio ended up breaking as expected.
K, there is literally widespread EVIDENCE of voter fraud. Just the statistical anomaly of the vote counts coming in during the night are "evidence."
Evidence: noun. that which tends to prove or disprove something; ground for belief; proof. ... data presented to a court or jury in proof of the facts in issue and which may include the testimony of witnesses, records, documents, or objects.
During the Obama/Romney election, there were 54 precincts in Philly that returned 100% of their ballots for Obama. That is a statistical impossibility. There is a % of folks that will make an error, misread something and choose the wrong person, make a mistake, or simply not pay attention when they are marking. NONE of that occurred. 100% of the votes for Obama. That is hard EVIDENCE of fraud.
To keep parroting the mantra that "there's no evidence" is: (1) evidence of a progressive trying to change the meaning of words (see: racist, gay, bigot, etc); (2) willful blindness; (3) disingenuous.
There's plenty of evidence of fraud here, the left just don't like it. Evidence gives two fucks about their feelings and what they think worthy. it merely "is."
A few things:
2) There is zero evidence right now that fraud has occurred to such a scale as to affect the outcome. The coordination and scale required to pull that off is such that, if it were to occur, it would have been sniffed out before the election. At this point you’d have US attorneys issuing indictments instead of Rudi Guiliani ranting in front of a dildo shop.
Reportedly there was internal DOJ policy that severely inhibited that very action.
What happened today, and what prompted Pilger to “quit” was that AG Barr said to US Attorneys – “If you have substantial allegations of election fraud in your district, you have authority to investigate that.” Basically, Barr cut Pilger and Election Crimes Branch out of the picture as “gatekeepers” to starting investigations in places like Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Detroit, and Atlanta.
https://redstate.com/shipwreckedcrew/2020/11/10/pay-not-attention-to-the-drama-queen-at-doj-who-resigned-after-barr-authorized-us-attorneys-to-investigate-fraud-n277710
There’s the AG’s memo (cites the questionable DOJ policy and authorized investigators to start asking questions and gathering facts, which are needed to present to a grand jury for any indictment) in the article:
https://int.nyt.com/data/documenttools/barr-memo-elections-fraud/9bf5cac375012c4c/full.pdf
It’s clear that the AUSAs were unable to look into allegations without explicit Elections Crimes Branch approval. The above memo reminds the requirements for ECB approval. Investigations, criminal, CI, or IG-related, are difficult under normal circumstances but the expectations of indictments 48 hours after a policy memo released isn’t realistic under any circumstances.
Regardless of the outcome, claiming a fraud free election as evidenced by lack of criminal indictments is...per Occam’s Razor...an informed statement.

The liberal anti-conservatives (Deep State) within the USG are plentiful throughout the ranks but, IMO, the most problematic are those in the Senior Executive Service because of their power to negatively influence subordinates’ career/pay and establish a command climate of “fear” through intimidation.
“Bob spoke up against Jim but Richard supported Jim. Bob’s career is stagnant despite his extensive experience but Richard, who just turned 38, was recently promoted to GG-15.”
There are a large number of Dicks that bend to the left on Ft. Meade. :D
How's this as a probable scenario: Conservative commentators kept warning that the fix was in and that the only way to overcome it was a massive turn out. The Democrats have been stealing elections since Eve stole the apple and have turned it into a science. They analyzed previous elections and programed certain computers to cheat "just enough". But they were shocked by the Republican turnout and had to revert to ballot stuffing to catch up. That explains Trump's early lead and the late night shut-downs. And it also had to be done so blatantly that it was clearly obvious to even casual eyes. Now they must stop any forensic analyses of the ballots because there are just too many to claim "it was just human error" rather than criminal fraud.
So, here’s my working theory of the case:
BLUF - Too many rich people have too much to loose if Trump gets a second term.
The swamp’s alligators (hillary, soros, zuckerberg, etc just to name some higher profile names) along with all of the other swampy cronies (brennan, comie, etc) KNOW they’ve been caught selling out our country to the communists and terrorists on several occasions. They used the intel community and powers of federal law-enforcement to keep it from happening in ‘16 and then to attempt to invalidate his first term IOT protect their own asses.
They don’t CARE if he was going to win / may still win this time. By fixing the election in such an obvious way to anyone with a brain (that’s the key takeaway, approximately half of this country is comprised of complete morons who want free shit) to see, it becomes a win/win like the collusion BS.
When the corruption is uncovered and displayed is the only thing that matters on this chess board. If it’s prior to 8 December, they say that Trump “stole the election”. If it’s afterward, they blame it on “conspiracy theories of crack-pots” and the “vast right wing conspiracy”.
The ONLY real solution to this is to start over. I don’t mean run another election. I don’t mean nibble at the edges in any small manner.
I mean we need to look at this situation in it’s entirety. We NEED to have a Convention of States to completely and totally get rid of the entire damn swamp and start the fuck over.
This may sound extreme to the casual observer but extreme corruption requires extreme action.

1000% Second this. If elections aren’t free and fair, there is only one other way to peacefully and constitutionally fix the federal government is to have the state’s invoke the article V clause of the constitution to hold a convention.
Article V of the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:
“The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two
thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the
several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in
any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.”
CONVENTION OF STATES
Article V of the U.S. Constitution
As of right now, there are 29 state legislatures that are in republican control. To call a convention, you need 33 state legislatures to sign off on the application for the convention. To ratify any amendments you’d need 38 states to vote in favor of the amendment. There are a lot of potential roadblocks to this process. But it’s the only real way that legally sidesteps Washington DC.
One guy by himself (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twenty-seventh_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitutio n)lobbied the state legislatures to get the 27th amendment ratified in the late eighties and early nineties. If POTUS requested the states call for a convention, 2/3 did, and 3/4 ratified the measures, there is not a damn thing that Washington DC (or the no-ratifying states) could do about it. There’s already a COS application underway...

Seems now that GA recount may not go as some foresaw (https://www.newsmax.com/politics/georgia-stacey-abrams-democrat-recount/2020/11/14/id/997050/) due to a fairly recent law change that will - in practical terms - mean that signature validation doesn't take place. Also, anecdotal reports that observers are still not being allowed proper distance and access. A replay of a failed process gets no one anything.
As Tweeted from POTUS:
"The Consent Decree signed by the Georgia Secretary of State, with the approval of Governor @BrianKempGA, at the urging of @staceyabrams, makes it impossible to check & match signatures on ballots and envelopes, etc. They knew they were going to cheat. Must expose real signatures!"
