It appears at least part of the problem is road blocks are being or have been erected from both sides of the aisle.IMO, there's always a way. They are too busy being civil; they've been lulled into being civil for years.

My thoughts are they will just open another box of Biden ballots from the store room where they have been since September.

I voted absentee (OCONUS) many times in my life. My ballots were always sent long before any deadline or due by date.

The mail in ballots were or should have been counted long before or during the day that the day of voting at the polls was going on. They knew this, this is the law. They counted day of votes and then made up the difference after the facts. Can it be proven probably not but they knew what they were doing.

10 days of darkness. KEY concept we’ve read about on the cue Military intel boards for years. There have been many times where many, including myself, have thought we were in it. But all of us were wrong. Trump won the election. And then overnight, he had it stolen from him. We've had to watch the trolls dance on Trump's metaphorical grave & celebrate the fall of America and the rise of socialism.4 days later, plenty of proof of cheating, & the media announce Biden as President Elect...projected, of course. I get messages every day from hurt Trump supporters who think what's the use? We can't stop them. We are fair. And in the end, we still lost. And where again is Bill Barr? Why hasn't he gotten involved yet? Valid questions.

So What if I told you Trump wanted to lose? Yep. What if I told you that losing by way of FRAUD from the other side was the plan? It's about EXPOSURE + OPTICS.
Trump HAD to win in a landslide, and he did. So that the amount of cheating required for the Dems to win was so vast that it was impossible to hide it. Had Trump edged more closely like he did in 2016, there would have been no legal battle over it. The lower courts would have thrown them out, like they are right now (except for PA). The Supreme Court wouldn't have heard it since it was both left leaning + there wasn't an emergency situation that involved national security. But losing with a conservative lean in the courts, with mounds of evidence, was the play. Evidence that is impossible to deny. Now by the constitution, if the race is close, then Congress can decide the winner. This is why they cheated just enough to edge out a win for Biden so that if Trump challenged and couldn't get a supreme court case, they could just decide in favor of Biden.

Stay with me...I know this is a long one. I'm going to clean it up for you in a bit. The Dems think they have the optics on this one by declaring Biden the
winner.

But here's the thing...this race isn't even over. Here's why...

Patriot Joe M had his tweeter account suspended over this comment:
"Patriots, be warned. President Trump has legally 'claimed' the states he knows he won fairly. The counting going on is now just a formality because the intent is to settle in court, not at the counting stations. If he loses this count, it means nothing, because this election will be Amy Coney Barrett's to decide. I promise ad guarantee you, Biden will never be sworn in as President."

Twitter took him down hours later. Not the post, the entire account.

But What is he talking about? He used the key words "legally claimed" when referring to Trumps victory. In other words Trump will lose the election OPTICALLY, but the court will say he WON fairly. I know that sounds crazy to you but let me tell you why this is true. Biden won the count. Cheating or not he won the count. That's a fact. But the states that kept accepting & counting ballots after the day of the election are IN VIOLATION OF THEIR OWN STATE LAWS.

What? What am I talking about?

PENNSYLVANIA...they have laws on the books that state that they CANNOT accept any new ballots that arrive AFTER the day of the election.
Anything coming in afterward is invalid. Well, you're thinking, "well the SUPREME COURT overrode that law in a court ruling and gave them 3 more days to collect."
And you would be right. But according to how OUR government is set up, the courts can't CREATE law, they can only ENFORCE the law that is already on the books. In order for the state to follow the direction of the Supreme court of their state, they need to actually go back and rewrite the laws to REFLECT the courts decision.
People...every day is an IQ test because these bright souls didn't do that. They NEVER rewrote the laws to make the SUPREME COURT ruling legally binding. Well, what OTHER states were this careless and lazy with the legal process?
30 states!

Over 30 states did the same thing and are violating their own laws by counting new votes after ELECTION DAY. In other words, all these trucks coming in at 2 and 3 in the morning on the morning of November 4th + beyond are INVALID. (On top of being COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT)

Biden WON the count, but only because they kept counting invalid votes for days after the election ended. The Surpreme Court of the United States will not count those votes. And since Trump was in the lead when the election ended, he is the legitimate legal president.

This is why I kept telling you all that ACB was the Trump card.

The NUCLEAR card would be martial law and mass arrests...but that's a very dangerous call for the country. To win, legally in the court system, was the Trump card, people.

And while in the court they can unload all the evidence to show mass cheating. In Michigan, they discovered a glitch in the vote tally system. After votes were cast in one county, over 6000 votes for Trump "glitched" over into Biden votes. Glitched. Well, this software was used in 47 other counties in Michigan...and used all over the COUNTRY. If they all averged the same number of vote glitches, that's well into the MILLIONS of votes that were altered after cast. Here is the interesting part. The ballot machines...were ALL connected to the internet. Yes, they are supposed to be to linked to inTRAnet...meaning internal computer networks of that one facility But they're not supposed to be linked to the world wide web. Sydney Powell, General Flynn's attorney, said that they discovered an algorithm that calculated how many votes Biden needed to win.

She said they found out the machines were transferring just enough votes from Trump to Biden so that he could win. That's why they were doing "recounts" and we kept seeing Trumps numbers go down and Biden's go up in various states. Now here is the "you can't make this stuff up" part. The software that the machines are using to tally up the votes is owned and controlled by Paul Pelosi.

Yes...Nancy Pelosi's husband. He not only sits ON the board of the software company that tallies the votes, he majority OWNER of it.
Avid election software is shareholder owned by Diane Feinstein’s husband Richard Blumenthal of Blumenthal Capital Partners LP.

So these "glitches" that only "glitch" for one candidate isn't a glitch, it's a computer program designed to defraud all of this without any of us knowing it. It does it so fast that we can't even detect it during the actual counting.

This is how they were able to call states 10 minutes after the elections closed. (Florida 9pm)

The algorithms calculated a Biden win based on information they entered into the system.

Patriots...if ATTNY Sydney Powell has this information, you KNOW the DOJ does. And they probably have more that will come out in the Supreme Court hearings.
The DOJ. Where are they? They have the goods. They don't need the courts to tell them to arrest, just the command from POTUS. Why are they so quiet?

The DOJ...by CONSTITUONAL law they can't get involved with the election until.....10 days after election day. 10 days. The election was on November 3rd, by law they have to wait until the 14th to get involved.

It doesn't mean they can't make arrests. They can arrest some small time players that were involved with the plot. I'm told from a reliable source last night that a few of these arrests will happen next week sometime. But after 10 days, Barr can arrest anyone all the way from the intern in the Biden break room up to Biden himself.
Cue said the first big arrest will shock you. I can't see a more shocking ARREST than the "President-Elect" of the United States getting arrested for HIGH TREASON & ELECTION BALLOT FRAUD!!!

The democratic party simply disregards President Trump - the democratic party HATES Trump supporters and their collective power more than they will ever hate a single man that can be marginalized by the machine. It is the soul of American exceptionalism that the democrats hate. After all, the democrats didn't instigate violent fiery riots at the governors mansions or the steps of the capitol building or the White House - they instigated those riots in YOUR neighborhoods. They fucked up YOUR neighborhoods and YOUR businesses with cries of "myth" and "peaceful protest" and "systemic racism" - the democrats didnt "lock down" the families of the governing class - they locked down YOUR families.

But on the legal end of things filing paper, shuffling paper, creating affidavits and performing depositions is how the process is supposed to function. But it only works as long as everyone honors playing by the same rules. Once one party decides the rules are not for them its chaos.

I would like to see some folks get Uncle Budded with an early morning no knock raid, door kicked in, a couple dogs shot, house ran sacked and agents thumbing through shoe boxes full compromising 'Party' photos.

Clock is running out for court orders/intervention by state legislatures to delay certification to allow for investigation of fraud and recounts in pertinent states.
Legal challenges would be much more difficult after certification.

Officials in Wayne County, Michigan, which contains the city of Detroit, refused to certify the results of the Nov. 3 election after local representatives on the Board of Canvassers deadlocked in a 2-2 vote, sending the votes to state authorities for canvassing.

In addition, I learned today from my state rep's chief of staff that the R legislature here is looking at a canvass & possibly full audit of a few counties here (including Milwaukee, Portage, and Dane). In addition, he reminded me of a WI statute regarding electors, such that popular vote (of final certified election) dictates who the electors vote for. It's in statute, neither legislature nor faithless elector can run against that. And, since 6 July 2020 and SCOTUS' decision, states' laws binding electors to the popular vote are perfectly valid.

Anyway, Ms. Powell makes a great point. If you're a county elections official in a place like Philly or Allegheny or Milwaukee or Macomb counties, you should be asking yourself do I reeeeeeally want to affix my signature to this thing?

If what we believe to have been discovered on Election Day with ballot counting and the night after is a ‘smoking gun’ then I would expect the FBI to move in with arrest warrants before the end of the week and start perp walking elections officials and government peeps to waiting black SUVs.

On its face value other states and county elections officials will pause their certification process and ask themselves what does the president know and when did he know it?

Then it all begins to unravel at ‘warp speed!” Certain “actors” will likely start looking for countries without extradition rules.

Well, yes...

We’ll see if the department as a whole is corrupt or just senior management.

There is the U.S. Marshals service too. Don’t hear much from them but they are the law enforcement arm of the courts.


P.S. to first post. I think this is what the DOJ has been waiting for. The “crime” hasn’t been committed until someone signs the certification as accurate. In Wayne Co., MI that has been done. I think they are the first of all the counties to do so.

Honestly, I believe that previous violence in major cities this year would pale in comparison to what would happen were Trump to be announced re-elected and Biden-Harris were out. They would burn this mother down.

At this point, the fix is in and the new regime is, IMHO, more than 90% probable to take office as scheduled regardless of what is found.

Then all of the ongoing investigations will be quietly called off.

Our last hope is to win at least one, if not two of the Georgia Senate seats.

Then we have to slow roll the Dims for the next few years and try to figure out how to keep them from cheating their way into another four years.

My .02 cents as well. Just had a similar discussion yesterday along those same lines. I think we'll see riots, looting, and destruction on a massive scale no matter what can be proven at this point. Hope we're both wrong on that point...still think we'll pull out the Senate win though.

Concur as well. At this point I am hopeful that the republicans can keep the senate and then take back the house at mid-terms (you can always have hope).....Additionally, we need to find the right candidate for 24 and start working on that ticket now. JMOO

I also think it’s a necessary evil for the post reconstruction process to affirm the Constitutional Republic’s survival.

They may seem like many but they are few. The silent majority is silent no more. As Yamamoto once said, “I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with terrible resolve.”

What I saw in Washington D.C. this last weekend and across America from Beverly Hills to downtown “China Town” Houston TX., and beyond gives me hope that whomever is actually sworn in on January 20, 2021, will have a tremendous amount of work to do to reunite the United States of America.

From first Bush to Obama, they broke it on purpose and I don’t believe they or any of their henchmen has the intent to fix it if they don’t get their way.

Apparently the 2 canvassers in Detroit have pulled back their coerced certification (https://www.breitbart.com/2020-election/2020/11/18/republican-canvassers-rescind-their-votes-to-certify-wayne-county-michigan-results/), as it had been conditional on the state promising an audit. That's not to happen, so they have now gone back to their original position, citing the anomalies with the vote board. Some other anecdotal sources had also mentioned feedback threatening their families & that's where they drew the line in a kind of "F me? F YOU!" moment.
Palmer and Hartmann have each submitted affidavits. Palmer, the board’s chair, said in her affidavit that “more than 70% of Detroit’s 134 Absent Voter Counting Boards (AVCB) did not balance.” She then voted not to certify the results.

One other thing I caught this morning was Sharyl Attkisson's posting (https://sharylattkisson.com/2020/11/read-affidavit-from-democrat-observer-questioning-georgia-ballots/) of some of the affidavits in the bogus conduct of the GA recount. Some pretty telling words in there (from a Democrat observer), and some other links that may be of interest.

I see a comment RE Michigan this morning also that mentioned that if their legislature cannot resolve the ballot questions, then the (R) legislature selects the electors. We don't have that here; the election MUST be resolved in some way as, by statute, the legislature cannot pick the electors. Many states that way, just realized MI is not.

I got the wrong impression from the election canvassers' comments previously, but it appears that MI law also does not have a mechanism for the legislature to be picking electors. You win the popular vote in a certified election you get the marbles. Their election isn't yet certified, so the legislature can look into all it wants to up till that time. So the important thing is what gets certified - an accurate count or the current piece of camel dung.

I still think your assessment is solid. Anything other than Trump being gone will equate to increased violent behavior by the current usual suspects.

And while the Trump campaign's allegations of election "irregularities" may have a hard time passing muster in Dane and Milwaukee counties, the objections could still be headed for a court battle that could prolong Wisconsin's time in the political spotlight.

"This is going to be for the courts to decide," said Republican Wisconsin Elections Commission member Dean Knudson during a highly contentious, nearly six-hour meeting Wednesday night. "I don’t believe it’s for us to decide."

County elections officials in Dane and Milwaukee spent Thursday preparing for the recount effort, while expressing deep skepticism about the Trump campaign's allegations. Those claims, potentially affecting thousands of ballots, include that absentee ballots obtained in person without a separate written request, those from voters who declared themselves “indefinitely confined” and didn't need to submit a voter ID, and those for which clerks corrected missing witness addresses should be tossed out.

Here's a serious question. Have we passed that Rubicon in America beyond which it is no longer possible to pretend the American government is legitimately representing the people? I know that question is on a lot of Americans' minds these days, and I think it speaks volumes about our brewing crisis that none of our elected leaders has even attempted to acknowledge, let alone address, the growing unease outside the capital. People are arming up right now in record numbers not because of hunting season; they're buying weapons because their instincts tell them America is on the brink. But if America is on the brink, the D.C. Leviathan seems unsympathetic or unaware. That makes for an awfully dangerous situation.

Doesn't it feel as though we've been here before? An out-of-touch capital far removed from American life starts imposing its will on ordinary folk until enough Americans who desire only to be left alone finally dig in their heels, embrace their independent spirits, and refuse to be subjects of an unjust government any longer. The British Parliament gave us the Stamp Act in 1765 and the Townshend Acts in '67, and after the Boston Massacre in '70, the Tea Party in '73, and the Intolerable Acts of '74, the tinderbox finally exploded at Lexington and Concord in April of '75. Revolution began. A decade is all it took.


If "taxation without representation" was enough to boil the blood of American patriots two hundred and fifty years ago, I have my doubts that "socialism without representation" will fare much better with their descendants.

It is the height of irony that an American system of government that arose from rebellion against the unchecked demands of an insular ruling class seems intent on planting the seeds for rebellion once again. How else can one describe this moment in history when the American government and the American people are heading in different directions?


There is a presumption among Obama Democrats and Big Government Republicans that Americans who take their freedoms seriously will simply roll over and obey if they are increasingly attacked, punished, and ignored.

The best ending would be when several tens of thousands of “woke” people get done crying in their venti, double cinnamon, half white, with paprika sprinkles on one dollop of whipped cream latte, and just say, “it’s over, we got caught, he has to leave in four years and we can find a better candidate than grandpa Joe.”

Even smart people are starting to point out the mathematical errors and extremely unlikely (as in not just unlikely but highly improbable to mostly impossible) odds that Joe Biden won any red state even with a blue city or two without massive election fraud and vote manipulation at the point of entry. That is, not only is there the likelihood of double votes and illegal ballots cast in mail in voting but more importantly in person voting was manipulated at the machine to flip Trump votes to Biden along an algorithm that was changed part way through the process when they realized Trump was not only going to win but win by a huge majority.

Until they seize the machines across all the states with this voting software analyze and audit the data and connect the dots to when, where, what time, who and how, we are just grasping at straws.

The poll workers and supervisors (who didn’t knowingly cheat) and the Secretaries of States are clueless to the fraud and believe the numbers they have been told to be accurate and above reproach. Only they are wrong.

I haven’t been sleeping well lately and as I lie in bed when it’s really quiet thinking about “what if” and “if.” I’m reminded by SGM Atzz (sic) saying a Special Forces Soldier is always thinking, always thinking! When he stops thinking it’s only because it’s now time for action. It might not be time yet, we may have to endure some more hard times before it’s time for action and until then I will keep thinking.

The SGM also said, “if you’re not cheating, you’re not trying, if you get caught, you’re not trying hard enough!” “Try harder!”

These words of wisdom have stuck with me ever since the same night I stuck a tree branch in my eye and saw the entire constellations of space trying not to run down a road in the middle of the night doing some land nav course in selection or Phase 1 (I really don’t remember now; was it the STAR exam I don’t know, sleep deprivation does matter.) He was standing on the road only a matter of feet where that tree was growing off the side of the road. After he got done educating me on the presence of the nearby road, I picked myself up and continued with the land nav course avoiding the roads (except when they were absolutely the only way around an obstacle that otherwise would have made you fail.)

Sometimes it takes a moment like that and I also think this is a moment in history where if we do not act it will be too late to keep what our forefathers gave us...a Republic if we can keep it.

I don't believe they have any ideas of being around, my take was fear of retribution by the incoming cabal was the reason Durham/Barr exited stage left.. That's a really good question. Maybe this Sunday, when ANTIFA begins blocking roads in conservative areas when President Trump fails concede the election. **Hypothetically** if that were to occur, and it prevented emergency services from responding to a call I could see that as being justifiable cause to have a party so to speak. The PoPo in many cases is a buffer that prevents this from happening.

Have you read Sydney Powells 104 page filing? I got to page 64 or so before I had to take a breather. It's interesting. The biggest complaint the leftist trolls have with the filing is spelling errors. The item that caught my eye was the alleged incestuous relationship between Dominion, SmartMatic and several others...it sounds like a massive shell game that includes Diebold. And if you recall back in 2006 Bev Harris at BlackBoxVoting.org called out Diebold for exactly what is said to have gone on in the 2020 election. As I recall years back there was also word that Soro's bought/invested a voting machine company which tallied votes overseas and which the results were deleted and left no audit trail.

This election season puts a new perspective on why Soros is buying up Secretaries of State.

- Revert selection of electors to the state legislatures, regardless of state-level faithless elector statues (this will be a sticking point in WI).

I agree there is going to be some clear air turbulence ahead. People have exercised a lot of patience up to this point but now they are going to see there are few if any legal actions left to validate the election.

The state legislatures had and still have the authority to act unilaterally.
It isn't the place of SCOTUS to compel action or inaction.

If, by chance, legislatures in the swing states decide to yet act unilaterally, and suits follow, SCOTUS can just punt again.
Bottom line: the state legislatures need to assert their authority if they wish to retain it.

Naw, I truly believe there is a light at the end of the tunnel, a very bright one in fact, maybe made by SureFire, maybe attached to the side of the tunnel, and coming through the tunnel is speeding bullet, err, I mean train, yeah a train, not necessarily a Trump train that kinda has derailed, but a bullet train is coming. It’s speeding along on a trajectory that cannot be stopped at this point. It cannot be stopped by the pandering politicians who say one thing and do another, it cannot be stopped or deterred by a declining police force, it will not be stopped by judicial indecision and/or incompetence of either the justice department or the officials charged with protecting government officials at state and federal levels. It will not be stopped by a complete and total lockdown from a made up pandemic of a severe viral cold bug that affects less than 1.7% of the world’s population. And it will not be stopped by an order, a mandate if you will, to wear paper and cloth masks in your own home and for sure in an open parking lot between grocery shopping and buying new tires to standing in lines at the airport or Lowe’s it’s all the same. Cramming yourself into an airplane seat six abreast and thirty rows deep for five hours is “not” dangerous because the government says so but sending your kids to school and making them stay six feet away from each other will surly cause a major outbreak overwhelming a medical system that sent half their workforce home because there wasn’t enough work to justify the costs, but now they complain: Not even full capacity ICU’s will stop what’s coming - it’s just they will have learn a new level of triage.

You see, the light is coming because a light has been shown on the corruption and influence (or is that affluence) of elected or appointed officials at all levels of the government near and far, state and federal. All politics are local until some other locality impacts your election and through vote manipulation, cheating and breaking the law. That’s what happens in a banana republic not a Democratic Constitutional Republic where every citizen of legal age regardless of sex, color, religion, creed, ethnicity and legal capacity to cast a vote should have that vote counted and only that vote. No more, no less, and without undue influence by mass media be it television, radio or social media pushed to your attention like a siren and manipulated and censored to deprive or provide false narrative.

Some may be calling that light All Mighty God right about now, because for some people they have been clinging to their Bible more recently than in years past when they really weren’t paying very much attention at all, and only had their Bible, guns and Walmart - because everything else was shut down and gone to China. But they are paying attention now and they aren’t the least bit happy about it. They have relatives with names and attitudes like little Timmy McVeigh and after 20-years of perma war in the Middle East they may actually be Janet Napolitano’s wet dream come true: American veteran, distinguished war hero, patriot, father, brother, son to someone - domestic terrorist to Napolitano and Johnson.

Think about it? Who has been showing up at all these peaceful demonstrations (no not the “Peaceful Protesters”) but the ones waving Trump flags and strapping arms to their hips and slinging AR-15’s over their shoulders and wearing mollie vest from Desert Storm to Afghanistan/Iraq and elsewhere. There are a lot of vets right now with all kinds of mental health issues and this is their calling. It’s sad in a way but predictable none the less.

We will hear another “Shot Heard Round the World” and I believe sooner than later. Whether anyone of us here on this forum thinks it right or wrong is, at this point, immaterial. There will be bloodshed and it really is nobody’s fault but those who have been stoking this fire for many years longer than just the last four. The parties in power for most of the last 57 years have been exposed for the greedy, corrupt and hypocrisy that they are and their lies and disingenuous attempts to destroy what made this the greatest country in the world is not likely to survive the next four years and probably not the next year without a violent confrontation with a rebellion to restore law and order and a return to the Constitution or a new one.

It’s time to pick sides. Freedom and a constitutional government of the people, by the people we elect and for the people in the USA or, socialism devolving into one party rule and a global society where people in Europe make many of the decisions about everything: what you eat, drive, live in and what you do for work. AOC has ideas and she thinks it’ll just be grand to sit down with an ignorant 17-y/o (Thunberg) and dole out how many carbon credits you get or how much of your wages will be held from your paycheck.

The BATFE is already busy at work and they just can’t wait to flex their muscles again since burning down the Koresh Family compound and setting up an old man (Weaver) who’d just as soon stayed out of it.

[This is sort of a continuation. It was in the middle of a tangent thought but became too big. It can stand by itself.]

The Democrats in the houses of government at the state and federal level promoted and encouraged violence and protests in every large city in America for months and months and months as a catalyst to sow fear and intimidation amongst the people. To challenge law and order and to destroy our history our culture and our Republic, only to hurt the man in the White House. It wouldn’t matter who the man had been but it was the Orange Man that beat their sure bet, their continuation puppet of the dynasty they believed they had purchased with our money. Part of me doesn’t believe the 2007/2008 crash and recession was necessary or even real. At least only as real as the pandemic spreading across the world but under control and non existent at the source (China). Under the Obama administration these groups (BLM/Antifa and others under ever changing names ACORN, ACTBLUE, etc...) were created and allowed unfettered access to public and private institutions and schools to recruit and promote an agenda contrary to what America is and isn’t, and should never be. At the same time foreign policy allowed hundreds of thousands of refugees and unqualified immigrants to be resettled in rural to metropolitan areas simply to influence gerrymandering and voter suppression. If this not an act of treason it surly should be illegal to produce a quid pro quo for future elections.

There are many successful Black Americans that have succeeded beyond their parent’s wildest dreams for the past 200 years. I had the privilege and honor to serve side by side with many who like me had humble beginnings and started from poverty, food-stamps and welfare support of a divorced mother. But I too have grown up in a post Civil Rights Act of 1965 and have always seen that and the words of Lyndon B. Johnson to be the greatest smear perpetrated on the African and Black community and yet year after year his words ring true. “I’ll have those niggers voting Democratic for the next 200 years.” (Lyndon B. Johnson) Well, it’s true isn’t it? And he had no problem sending a great number of you to die in Vietnam. On the other hand President Trump actually did improve your opportunity to succeed; in school, in jobs, in finding and starting an individual business. In keeping all of us out of new wars and continues to smartly withdraw from foreign wars. That is because Trump isn’t a Republican and he damn sure isn’t a closet Democrat like he may have believed he was before getting to know the Clintons. Another sad sack of shit sold to the African-American communities across America. Wake up! Stop calling your successful brothers and sisters names like Uncle Tom and worse things I’ve heard. They’ve seen the light, many came from nowhere and built empires, some have broken their backs to help bring up the next generation of pioneers be that to space or congress. Not a recovering lawyer so have no caselaw at hand; but seem to recall that's been tried before. Regardless of item possessed, one is governed by the laws of the state in which one's feet are standing. Thus, such a complaint cannot impact the rights of someone within the supposed offending state and the laws of that state don't negate the ability of the complainant to make their own laws. Disenfranchising an entire state in an election of national scope, by fraudulent practices, is a different matter.

Just because CA had (has?) Agri Polizei at the border with AZ doesn't mean it has standing to tell Arizonans they can't buy/sell/own/possess fruit. Sensitivity to importation of that fruit is unique to CA.

For those saying it was the right decision (the Supreme Court case), please explain to me that if the Constitution MANDATES that ONLY the State Legislatures may change the voting rules, and if mayors/judges/governors go ahead and change those rules in their State - in opposition to the Constitutional mandate - and it increases the amount of votes cast, how that doesn't water-down and delegitimize the power/value of a vote taken in accordance with the Constitution? How are Texas votes equal to the votes of PA if PA changed the rules?

What if PA, WI, CA, et all change their rules to allow 8 year-olds to vote. Would that be OK? Apparently so according to this Court.

My understanding is that Texas either filed the wrong paperwork or at this point can’t show that they have been harmed by the election process in the four states they challenged. At least that’s what I came away with.

The Dominion voting machines are still another whole ball of cat hair that I’m very surprised the FBI didn’t investigate and maintain data for analysis under a microscope with comparison to ballots counted and for whom.

Maybe after tomorrow or when the electors are selected by the state legislatures they will be able to show harm or jeopardy by the failure of the defendant states to follow the US Constitutional election laws and the states’ own election laws and how that undermines the national election for all the people, not just the people of those states but everyone.

I also disagree with LHC because states can by law have different laws under their state constitution than other states as long as they don’t supersede or diminish the US Constitution.

It would be more appropriate for say a Texas citizen in good standing with the law to not be charged under the strict interpretation of laws enacted by states like NY, CT, CA and IL simply because they pass through those states with a 30rnd magazine with otherwise legal weapons carried per state law in those states for the purposes of legal recreational activities; competition or hunting. The same cannot be said to be true of a citizen from those states to travel to Texas or any other state to purchase said magazines or firearms and return to their states if those items are deemed illegal by the states in which they reside. The same could be true of voting in two or more states simply because you own land or houses in two or more states you can only legally claim residency in one state for voting purposes (TTBOMK) but I have a coworker who claims he can vote in Texas and Louisiana under some strange circumstances that probably goes back to the Louisiana purchase. I think he’s wrong but...IDK

Several things clear, no branch of government is willing to look into the alleged election fraud, no one has standing to call the result of the election into question and they are more interested in saving their piece of the pie rather upset the apple cart. What this means, is that the people need to be free to read whatever might be published about the corruption of the government and the government cannot inhibit our ability to do so. They cannot deny that we gather and demand a redress of grievances and never has there been a more important time to do so. They are in league with foreign enemies by virtue of ideology, that ideology being one of globalism rather than nationalism. It is a betrayal of monumental proportions and it stares us right in the face.


While the Constitution was written to make us feel better about our ultimate rebellion against an illegitimate and antagonistic government, it is not the words on paper that give us that right. Self-determination about the condition of our lives gives us that right. What we recognize in the Constitution is that our forebears understood and recognized that someday we would have to cling to the banner for which it stands and declare ourselves free. They gave us the tools by which we might resist this usurpation of the will of the people, but it did not demand that we use it. That is for us to decide. In our freedom, we will decide to be free or enslaved and only those who show up and do their duty will decide which it is to be.


I have made clear that I follow no man, that I adhere to no hero worship, that I know that all men are fallible, weak and subject to error. In this, I seek God's guidance and within my heart, I know that no other duty is more important than to do whatever I can to secure the blessings of liberty to myself and my posterity. The purpose for this is that they might be able to worship as they choose, say what they feel and vote their conscience with honest tabulation of that intent.


Not only do our own families depend on us making the right choice to abolish this election and demand that it be conducted in fairness and transparency across the land, especially in the states where there have been so many instances of fraudulent and corrupt voting, but the whole of the world is looking upon us now, to see if we stand for freedom or will succumb, as most of them have, to the worst and most base desires of man, which is to rule over others rather than recognize their humanity. Let us be the Americans they look to for protection and guidance along the path of self-governance. Let us be the patriots of years gone by and stand once again for freedom and liberty. Let us be the Americans who look at our elected officials with disdain and demand that our will be done. Let us be the shining light in the world that is filled with so much darkness. DC does kabuki better than most - even if unintended.

The important part is the will and attitude of the people.
That is why media and big tech are trying so hard to control the narrative.

But this is a Rubicon of sorts. If you relax enough to check out many of the images you'll note that, other than the obvious Covid-diaper, no one is takinig pains to coverup their mug. So far, just the one lady shot in the neck by a DC officer.

I watched the following live feed for about an hour this afternoon, from the time they entered until they left. These were largely Trump supporters and acted more like Japanese tourists than a rioting mob. I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for Harris/Biden to do any healing. They've both been in the public eye long enough for me to opine that such an effort is well beyond the realm of wishful thinking.

I applaud the optimism of those that believe Joe is going to provide top cover for the establishment to rid the sacred ground inside the beltway of the far left interlopers while the "good" republicans clear out all the fascist Trump supporters and racist tea party republicans.

I tend to lean towards expectations of a GIANT leap leftward with any dissenting republicans targeted by the IRS and media.

So, I was enlightened today. I am currently in a location that is approximately 10 hours from certain points in the US. I was getting some equipment issued and this process seemed to take eons. In this particular building the tv was on and it was tuned to CNN (no I was not in an airport believe it or not).

There was a caller today to the Chris Plante show (WMAL DC) that said as much. She said that the barriers near the Capitol channeled them to the front of the Capitol building and as they arrived there there were dozens of people wearing helmets and backpacks already there.

Videos show the "cops" tussling with the crowd and then removing the barriers. Another video shows the doors at the Capitol building opening out and the crowd entering peacefully, even respectfully, with cops lined up along the short corridor. The window breaking was done elsewhere. This happened just as the Joint Session was getting under way and while AZ Congressman Gosar was speaking. Coincidence? Senior in it's CiC is Congress, perhaps Pelosi in this case. Did she or Schumer tell them to stand down like Hillary did with Benghazi? Oh, BTW, she (or another caller) asked how those at the Trump rally, a TSA+++ scrutinized event, would have been able to have hammers and crowbars in their backpacks at the rally and then proceed to the Capitol.

I do wish there was a easier and standardized way to recall elected federal officials. Almost every other employee in the nation can be fired before a 2 or 6 year term if they are not performing.

Another point I don't understand is, doesn't the constituents of some of those elected federal officials see how the rest of the nation sees their prize pick?Good point. I think, frankly, that some states simply get embarassed that they could be seen as buffoons, and don't acknowledge it. I think a bit of that was in play in some of the state courts that simply refused to acknowledge election fraud cases and give them even a basic hearing. "Couldn't happen here - this is by-God GEORGIA!"

As to terminating them, it's why the Big-G tried for years to make it easier to fire someone for non-performance. The documentation process that had to take place (think, recall petition), which would consume a supervisor (drafter + volunteers, and on a hurried schedule) was too arduous in many cases. (The 17th Amendment is on my list of mistakes.)

If Biden is hell bent on spending trillions...why not focus the expenditure of that type of money on 24/7 eradication of the China Virus here in the US (immediately) rather than the typical bureaucratic BS over sending a sporadic $2,000 check that does little to nothing substantively to end the lockdown. Pull the nation together focusing on this very positive mission that everyone could get behind.

After all, getting the nation back to work...all restaurants, hotels, airlines, cruise ships, hotels, theme parks, etc., etc., will create massive additional tax revenue (folks will be working, earning, spending, eating, traveling, etc.,)...rather than create a typical pure governmental expense with no return (paying $2,000 sporadically) and much of the country remaining in lockdown.

Open the nation up and reap the economic benefit.

Allocate resources 24/7:

1). Production
2). Distribution
3). Administration

24/7 national focus on production, distribution and administration of vaccine over the next month or so - as if we were at war. The money expended would actually be a real investment in our nation...an investment that would reap huge positive returns...of course the power of the lockdown tyrants would disappear.

Get the nation off its knees and on its feet as if this were actually a national emergency.

The nation could use this very positive mission post election - for multiple reasons right now.

But, what do I know.

The thing I noticed about the inauguration was the vast numbers of empty seats and the fact that the troops out numbered those in a attendance. If the NG wasn't there, it would have been a ghost-town, they may have been ordered there just to provide butts for the cameras.

Yes it was, it hit Abaco Island. I was looking at property on Eleuthera, not directy on the water, lol I cannot afford that but still in harms way I guess. Ha well you just never know when Mother Nature will do her thing:D

This is straight out of totalitarianism play books.....their can be no challengers to the states authority....several things advanced to set these things in motion the two most glaring movements....the anti God movements sets up the states ability to have to control the church....bye bye seperation of church and state. The biggest thing they had to do before all else is to censor free speech
