A man and a woman flew into trouble Sunday night after they were reportedly caught engaging in a sexual act on a Delta flight from Los Angeles to Detroit.
Guess I better start flying Delta. :D Could it have been the booze? :p

The FBI said the investigation was underway and the two might be charged with a misdemeanor, or even a felony. The bureau said the charges could be issued as soon as Tuesday.
Jesus this is warranting an FBI investigation lol? They can't just get ticketed for public indeincinecy and be done with it? And they even face the possibility of being convicted felons over this!
I wonder if either of them had a significant other...

The woman was caught giving the man oral sex while the two were in their seats, the station further reported.
