Roderick Allison TSA "7th Special Forces"

Roderick, why are folks emailing me and asking if you were "Special Forces aka the Green Berets?"

Roderick Allison, in almost every online bio I can find you mention Special Forces, but, when I went after your real official military records (and I have them) I only received a small portion of those records.

And while you might have been in the 7th Special Forces as a cook, clerk, rigger, or supply sergeant, there is no official record that I can find. And we both know you were not a Green Beret.

So why do you write a bio including the 7th Special Forces Group in your history? (When you, or the government closed off your official military records? )

One thing we do know, you ended your military service as a SSG, an E-6, and not as a Green Beret.

We are waiting for your retort.

MI weenie?

Might have been, but 13 years and got out as an E-6 tells me he was passed over again for E-7.

The only thing his records indicate is that he served, no units or dates were attached.

Like I said, he might be and his resumes, bio's etc should reflect that, but none do and I'm hearing he likes to talk about his SF days........

So this thread it up to "clear the air" about his "Special Forces" background, he never was Special Forces aka a Green Beret.

85 to 93 and somewhere in there he was in 7th Group.

"IF" he was in 7th Group somewhere and his name gets floated through all the SF related boards/groups somebody should recall it.

Might have to perk a while ....

Picture is in the bio - and it looks like there would not be much change.

His bio shows OMS. That may explain some things. Very clearly a SIGINTer.

When he grows up and rails about his displeasure of employees having Constitutional rights like the CBP idiot Commissioner maybe that would show he has made the grade.

I knew one guy once. Made SSG in the Q before his 22nd bday. One of the rare cases of Ranger School after basic and before assignment as SIGINT guy in Oki. Came through the Q & language with me. He was one of the dozen of us to get 1st Group. was one of my closest Charlie brothers. One of the most squared away guys I know.
