The Architect of Destruction

Obama appears to be a tormented man who is filled with resentment, anger, and disdain for anyone of an opinion or view other than his. He acts in the most hateful, spiteful, malevolent, vindictive ways in order to manipulate and maintain power and control over others. Perhaps because, as a child, he grew up around family members and mentors who instilled him with an abiding bitterness toward the U.S. That bitterness seems not to have left him.

It is not the color of his skin that is a problem – for anyone in America. Rather it is the blackness that fills his soul and the hollowness in his heart where there should be abiding pride and love for this country.

Think: Have we ever heard Obama speak lovingly of the U.S. or its people, with deep appreciation and genuine respect for our history, our customs, our sufferings and our blessings? Has he ever revealed that, like most patriotic Americans, he gets "goose bumps" when a band plays "The Star Spangled Banner," or sheds a tear when he hears a beautiful rendition of "America the Beautiful?" Does his heart burst with pride when millions of American flags wave on a National holiday – or is he moved to sadness and reflection when someone plays "taps" on a trumpet? Has he ever felt the depth of our admiration of the military, as lovers of those who keep America free feel when soldiers march by? It is doubtful – because Obama did not grow up sharing our experiences or our values. He did not sit at the knee of a grandfather or uncle who showed his medals and told of the bravery of his fellow troops as they fought and tramped through foreign lands sacrificing for a cause greater than their own lives. He didn't have grandparents who told stories of suffering and then coming to America, penniless, and the opportunities they had for building a business and life for their children.

Away from this country as a young child, Obama didn't delight in being part of America and its greatness. He wasn't singing our patriotic songs in kindergarten, or standing on the roadside for a holiday parade and eating a hot dog, or lighting sparklers around a campfire on July 4th as fireworks exploded over head, or placing flags on the gravesites of fallen and beloved American heroes.

Rather Obama was separated from all of these experiences. He doesn't really understand us and what it means to be an American. He is void of the basic emotions that most feel regarding this country and is insensitive to the instinctive pride we have in our national heritage. His opinions were formed by those who either envied us or wanted him to devalue the United States and the traditions and patriotism that unite us.

Obama has never given a speech that is filled with calm, reassuring, complimentary, heartfelt statements about all the people in the U.S. Or one that inspires us to be better, grateful, and proud that, in a short time, our country became a leader, and a protector of so many. Quite the contrary, his speeches always degenerate into mocking, ridiculing tirades as he faults our achievements ,along with any of his critics, all for the sake of a laugh, or to bolster his ego. He uses his Office to threaten and create fear while demeaning and degrading anyone who opposes his policies and actions. Unlike a secure leader, who has noble self-esteem and not false confidence, Obama displays a cocky, haughty attitude and a dread of being critiqued.

Mostly, his time seems to be spent causing dissention, unrest, and anxiety among the people rather than uniting us (even though he was presented to us as the "Great Uniter"). He creates chaos for the sake of keeping citizens separated, envious, aggrieved and ready to argue. Under his leadership Americans have been kept on edge, rather than in a state of comfort and security. He incites people to be aggressive toward, disrespectful of, and retaliate against those of differing backgrounds and views. Through such behavior, Obama has lowered the standards for self-control and mature restraint to the level of rowdy, street-fighting gangs. When, instead, he should be raising the bar for people to strive toward becoming more considerate, tolerant, self-disciplined, self-sustaining, and self-assured.

Not a day goes by that he is not attempting to defy our laws, remove our rights, over-ride established procedures, install controversial appointees, enact divisive mandates, and assert a dictatorial form of power.

Never has there been a leader of this great land who used such tactics to harm and hurt the people and this country.


Never have we had a President who spoke with a caustic, evil tongue against the citizenry rather than present himself as a soothing, calming, and trustworthy force.


Never, in this country, have we experienced how much stress one man can cause a nation of people – on a daily basis!

Obama has promoted the degeneration of peace, civility, and quality of cooperation between us. He thrives on tearing us down, rather than building us up. He is the Architect of the decline of America, and the epitome of a Demagogue.

He seems to be merely a leader as opposed to one who leads. The former is only a title and a position and the latter is someone who establishes an environment that fosters opportunities that allow the whole team / administration succeed.

Maybe im a bit off base but to this young 20 something sees a mere leader in our WH today.

Yup, pretty dead on. I see this guy as presiding over a post-American era. His election to office is seen as a reward, not a responsibility for anything. Has there been a core change in the direction of our Nation? Is this what the people in this country really want? I believe the MSM is very happy with things just now.

Now I'm gonna cause a bit of a stink to some, but what did you expect from a "African American" of his age. He does not see America the way "White America" sees it. Everything was not hunky dory, from his eyes. Many minorities are taught that they must always prove themselves. And when someone does not agree with you, it makes them think "is it the color of my skin, or is it really my ideals?", "What are they saying behind my back?". It was not so long ago that this country had "colored" benches, bathrooms, etc.

Another thing in my opinion, is the need for some to feel guilt about the fricking past, Its no different than Germans still paying Jews for the holocaust. I know after this guy, there will not be another of any color. How many other Presidents have we had that were controversial i.e. Thomas Jefferson (3rd President) — Jefferson was an opponent of slavery. The problem was, the majority of the country favored slavery. He believed that slavery “presented the greatest threat to the survival of the new American nation.

Everyone keeps pointing out how bad this President is, but no one does anything but write articles. We will sit, and wait, until his time is done. As we do with so many others. Do all these articles and rantings do anything. It causes even more diversity in my opinion. My father taught me pride for my country, my family and my neighborhood, and to do my part to protect this country, from all enemies foreign and domestic.

Young American have a serious issue to go left or right of center. I know its not all color, but it's the basis of his frickin anger issues...my opinion. GO 2016!

DB, I don't think young Americans really understand...they sort of "roll with the tide" in most cases. It's the "cool" thing to do. I personally didn't give a crap about politics until I grew up...around 30-35 or so (and that's debateable). Although, I grew up in puritanical New England...(well, it was then) and my grandparents made it through the depression, we saved, re-used, skimped on everything...not wasted or squandered. Which is what most young'uns are used to these days...

The senior administration official said that wealthy taxpayers can currently “accumulate many millions of dollars in these accounts, substantially more than is needed to fund reasonable levels of retirement saving.”

Under the plan, a taxpayer’s tax-preferred retirement account, like an IRA, could not finance more than $205,000 per year of retirement – or right around $3 million this year.

Romney, Obama’s 2012 opponent, had an IRA several to many times that amount, leading to questions about how the former Massachusetts governor was able to squirrel away so much money in that sort of retirement account.

The president’s budget, expected Wednesday, has several revenue-raising proposals that come as Democrats and Republicans continue to spar over whether more tax increases are needed to reduce deficits.

Obama’s framework also includes higher taxes on cigarettes, as a way to pay for expanded access to pre-kindergarten. Congressional tax writers in both parties and both chambers are currently examining the code in hopes of a broad tax-reform package.

I guess growing up in Texas, and the lessons learned from my parents, made me think of politics sooner (20-25). Now that could also be because of the decade. I came in the army when we had Panama, Desert Storm, Bosnia/Macedonia, etc... And my parents didn't have much, or grow up with much. They were "American of color" but never taught us to rely on anyone, for anything, nor wait for a frickin handout "Arbeit macht frie"

My big worry is that the very fabric of our nation is changing. My take today, is that the very fabric, the voters, of our nation has alrready changed. We are so far away from the, " Great Generation", that we will never again see that kind of national pride, ever again. We are being divided by economic means, racial issues, gender issues, right to life issues , second Amendment threats, etc., and we may never see our way back to a patriotic nation.


My second big worry is yet another term of this administration. Wanna bet when that starts to be pushed for? With the present backing of every media outlet, save Fox, the press would love to beat that drum. His best support during the last election, came from th MSM. Another four to eight years of obama, what a story. Convince me that the current admiinistration is not working that very issue today. Convince me tthat it would never happen.

There are already faint rumblings of levying taxes on the larger personal retirement accounts. These have not been by people in the adminstration but by people who advise it. Just hypotheticals, but..... I tend to believe that we have much to look forward to in the next three plus years.

Among the issues mentioned are the lack of action taken agains Obama by the people. Unfortunately, we (regular citizens) can not take any action directly. The Constitution has no recall provision. Our congress is so obsessed with "getting along" that they will not impeach him. The senate being a democrat majority would not convict if he were impeached. Had our SCOTUS followed the 4 precedents set on natural born citizen, he would never have been on the ballot. (Not location of birth but the FACT that his father was not a U.S. citizen at the time of his birth as was required per 4 previous SCOTUS rulings). Voter fraud, racism, the gimme generation and the weak opponents we put up against him led to his election. Any proof of fraud is being pushed under the rug.

Until the primary system is reworked from scratch and we stop pandering to Iowa, we will continue to be given the option of democrat or democrat lite. We must put a true conservative (Rand Paul type) in office. We can not do this unless we learn to come together as conservatives. We also face the challenge of the establishmentarianists. Those in the party that have forsaken their conservative principles for personal gain. John McCain, whom I once considered a hero, has committed treason to his oath of office. Many others have as well to include the entire democrat party.

I spent my first 11 years in Germany and attended base schools (+1 year in a German school) and said the pledge every day. My first car was a jeep DJ5 postal jeep that my father bought just for the sign holders in the doors so he could put political posters in them. I started working polls when I was 14 and had the pleasure of casting my first ballot for Ronald Reagan. Since then, I have become disgusted with what is happening to our nation at the hands of the enemy within. "A fundamental change". That means a change to the founding principles. We have moved from self reliance, hard work and pride to a nation of gimme, Xbox and waiting for the EBT card to be refilled. Those that work for a living buy hamburger while the welfare class eats steak. The time of being embarrassed to use food stamps has turned into pride in milking the system.

We must stand together. Educate your friends about the constitution, the founding principles of this nation, the meaning of self reliance. If we do not, our children will be the ones to suffer and ur nation will collapse. Margaret Thatcher had it right when she said "the problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money". We are broke and broken. We can not continue unless we restore our founding principles. Hopefully it will not come to armed civil war, but I honestly believe we are not far from it right now.

FWIW I agree with you. A parent's primary concern should be for the present and future welfare of their children. Giving them the tools they need to survive in a soon-to-be hostile environment is paramount IMO. I honestly do not believe a civil war would break out. Not a toe-the-line kind of war anyway. It'll be rag-tag bandit groups taking from the weak, just as portrayed in so many low budget apocalypse films. The military will be useless because (at least I hope) they will be home defending their families from the porch as opposed to overseas in a 3rd world shithole. I do not forsee order being restored for some time if this happens.

Regardless of what I think will happen, something needs to be done to reform this country back to its original mold. This American on American divisiveness promulgated by the political and social climates we live in today is hurling us into an ancient Rome-like state. We all know what happened to them. Voting our way out of this is no longer a solution me thinks. I love movies, and one of my favorite lines is "Bullets change governments far surer than votes". I don't want to see it come to that, but the writing has been on the wall for some time now...in red.
