I don't think I have seen this posted before.

I find their analysis somewhat odd. They appear to categorize a state by most recent single poll rather than trends.

They have Ohio as "Barely Kerry" based apparently on an Oct. 2-4 SUSA poll which has Kerry 49%, Bush 48%. But a Ras mussen poll from 9/25-10/2 has Bush 48% to Kerry 47% and a Dispatch poll from 9/22-10/1 has Bush 51% to Kerry 44%. Gallup has Bush up by 2%, Strategic Vision by 10%. Bush has had the lead in Ohio in every poll since mid-August, and the lead seesawed before then. At worst (for Bush) the state might be considered tied or too close to call.

Similarly, they have Louisiana as "Weak Bush". Bush's worst poll showing was a 6 point margin. He has a double digit lead in most others.

On the other side, I don't see Delaware, a state where even the Republicans are liberal, as "Weak Kerry".

As a member of that vanishing heard known as "the conservative Republican" in Delaware I could not agree more. Castle is a joke and please do not get me started on Biden! I am not sure if this was a violation of any civil right but Biden contacted the Chief of Police of my department and "requested" officers (regardless of political affiliation) to travel to D.C. for a Kerry rally after the expiration of the AWB. Imagine our surprise watching the news an observing fellow officers standing behind Kerry while he rails POTUS over this issue! The FOP is looking into it but I fear we are powerless.

AL can you offer any legal pearls of wisdom?
