Anyones Internet slow or jerky when you try to scroll thru a web page. Like there is a 3 second delay for all keys and mouse functions.

Sounds like it's your system and not the internet. Have you tried using other programs (non-internet)?
Nope just the internet. everything else responds instantly

Some of the external drive back up systems like you to change the cache policy in options to avoid delayed write of the backup. This then gives you grief with a lot of regular programs functioning smoothly.
That expended all of my knowledge in only two sentences. :D

Did a re-boot. Fixed it.
Glad you got it straightened out.
A lot of people (mostly my family) think IT is some magical thing, when 90% of computer problems can be fixed by rebooting. :D
