I know I know, I am referencing the Huff Post. There are many articles but chose this one to avoid any liberal doubt about the story.
I say she is charged with hate crime. If i was the employee, i would push and push and kick and scream to make sure it was. I would then go to the school president and ask what they plan do to about anti-American who is now a felon and possibly using federal or state funds to attend the school.

A Saudi Arabian student at the Florida Institute of Technology was charged with misdemeanor battery after spitting on a Walmart employee this Sunday.
Nuha Mohammed Al-Doaifi, was approaching a Walmart in Palm Bay Florida, when an employee, Terry Rakowski, told her that she was entering through the wrong door. Al-Doaifi responded by spitting at her.
The Daily Mail has more:
[ Al-Doaifi] allegedly spat at another customer who 'got too close to her', but the spittle managed to miss him.
When she was arrested, she told officers that she was spitting on 'white people' because a 'higher authority' made her do it and that 'Americans are pushing us around.'
Yvonne Martinez, spokeswoman for the Palm Bay Police Department, said: 'Her actions were directed at random people based on their ethnicity, and that's according to her own statement.'
Al-Doaifi was accompanied by her 15-month-old son during the incident.
The misdemeanor charge was also accompanied by a hate crime enhancement, which could upgrade Al-Doaifi's battery charge to a felony.
