The plaintiff gun-show promoters lost in their bid to overturn a county ordinance prohibiting firearms on county property, but the Ninth Circuit made an important ruling that the Second Amendment applies to state and local governments through the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment. On balance, a win for gun owners in the most liberal federal appellate court.

Wow...never would have guessed that outcome. I'm (pleasantly) shocked, honestly.

This has nothing to do with this case, but; we can expect all kinds of gun control attempts by this admin. I would remind some what Jefferson said.
