I hate CSS lol, but depending on the issue I can help, or give you a workaround.

It's a corporate site (my brother's) www.esig.net The formatting for the website's template need tweaking,
If you wouldn't mind going to his website, you'll see all the verbiage is paginated to the left instead of content being centered in the "white page"...
He's unable to tweak the formatting to get it to look more aligned. :(

Thank you both, you each gave some great info!
Afterflow hit it, this particular template is created from Mac so it doesn't show well on IE but was fine on Firefox. We just need to find the line of code to fix...
