I need a little help finding a friend of mine in the 3rd ASAP! A mutual friend of ours just had a brain tumor removed.
We ask people not to do this here. It is clearly stated in the instructions.
I do not have too many "friends" who I cannot find if I really need to, without resorting to shouting out on the internet for someone who actually does know them.
Please do not do this again.

I had no intentions of stating names or any OPSEC/PERSEC info out in the open. I intended to do it by PM's or emails. And I did exhaust all of my resources trying to find him. Thanks for the heads up.
