SO I am at work in the ED here at Madigan and sign up on the board for a Female patient, 28 y/o, with nausea-

Entering the room there is a very petite blond (5'1 / 100lbs), wearing hipsters, tight T-shirt, a fair amount of make-up and "Claires boutique" jewelry.

The interview progresses, and as a normal course I ask if she is feeling any heaviness or tightness in her chest.

With all seriousness, she looks at me and says
"Yes, I have a TERRIBLE heaviness and tightness in my chest, so much that I find it is hard to breath sometimes"

Her vitals looked fine, so I as her how long this had been going on.

Once again, with a most pitiful and pained look on her face-
"Well, honestly, ever since I got these D sized implants-I used to be an "A"

I'm sure that 18D's in training everywhere would benefit from your "experience" in assessing this patient.

I think posting a pic and posing the question of "What can you see wrong with this patient." :D
