William Butler

Just wanted to see if William Butler at one time was with the 1st. Just got my copy of the March/April issue of the DAV Magazine and saw on page 30 that he is wearing a suit but has a beret on with the 1st flash, but don't see a crest on it nor an officer rank. SF crest on his left pocket. If he was then no problem.

There's a William Butler here. I just know that name jumps out at me from my days on Okinawa...but that's the extent of my memory.
