Well, in a necro sort of way. The other day we pulled into the parking lot of a supermarket. As we parked, a car near us pulled out. In his space was a squashed female (I guess) pigeon. A male flew in and landed on her back, pecked her bloodied head, and tried to mate with her. He spun around on her back, ripping off feathers, and tried again. Then he hopped off and strutted around her making noises that I've not heard from a pigeon. None of the other pigeons seemed to care. I know doves pair up but have never seen it with "rats with wings".
Bring on the "road kill" jokes. I'll start: "Why isn't this in the The Gourmet Guerrilla forum?
