LOL. Upon reflection, maybe I should've punctuated that differently...

He just looks like he's doing a wing-over in a P-51.

Post-Thanksgiving (and a gd birthday): after the sumptuous feast was lazing around getting updated by #1 grand-daughter on her law school journey. She's got her paperwork of various kinds together, along with recommendation letters. And also informed me that she got a 168 on her LSAT. (I guess that's Ok?) That's a bit over the mean for acceptance at UW-Madison, so she's pretty happy with herself.
Keeping track of her goals, and shooting the 25m targets also as needed.
She is well-inoculated against liberal college towns, and appreciated the welcome mat for her apartment that says, "Come Back With A Warrant."
Reasons for Thanksgiving.

Day Before Thanksging
Much to be thankful for I came out of surgery and everything was still working. If my neck was a parking lot the sign would read lot full

Mostly wear and tear I always worked for a living and somewhere down the line I wore some things out.

Prayers for your recovery. Having a couple of plates of my own I know what you’re going through. Listen to your doctor and follow the therapy instructions.

Follow-up. Acceptance at UW-Madison (fine law school in a commie enclave). She's inoculated against the environment and, in fact, has eval'd and discarded a few boyfriends over her conservatism. She is also getting full-ride scholarship and $2K/yr for books. I understand she will be indentured servant status for awhile in office where she currently works. So she will have to pay some dues dealing with defending people she won't want to defend.
Still...
p.s. Now, to live long enough. Thus, back to PT.

Congrats to her and best wishes! Commie enclave is putting it mildly, Iowa City can only wish it were Madison.
