Well it was passed into law to change the names by Congress, it cannot "just be changed". So they just did an okey doke round the corner and named it after a different Bragg, so as not run foul of the 2021 law but still a middle finger to the left. Otherwise they would have to wait on congress to rescind, but congress moves like pond water. So this was the most expeditious route. It's almost like they are taking into consideration 2nd and 3rd order effects. The game has changed, the moves are more eloquent, but the style is unmistakable.
