USAF to spend $152 million to upgrade air base in Romania
The $152 million in construction projects will enable Campia Turzii air base to support heavy cargo aircraft, host fighter jets and also support deployed personnel. Large size munitions bunkers are also being constructed.
Who needs Germany anymore. Romania is probably much cheaper and also hundreds of miles closer to Russia.
