Any advice/common mistakes for attending SFRE?

Is there anything many candidates mess up during Red Phase SFRE at 20th SFG that I can look to correct within 2 weeks? I plan to attend 20th SFGs SFRE in early April.

Pushups are my weak spot but I am improving after a hand fracture in October. I can run/ruck top 25%. My knots are so-so and I plan to study them further in preparation for Team week like events.

I am active duty so this is not required for me to attend SFAS however I would like to get a repetition in as Amber Phase before shipping to SFAS so I want to be as prepared as possible and treat this as if my selection depends on it.

Any advice, especially from any SFRE Cadre is greatly appreciated. I want to be the most squared away candidate there for the small things.

Thank you!

Right place, right time, right equipment. Never be late/last/light & neither the first one to sit down nor the last one to get up.
