ID this ruck

Recently seen in a press release. My guess is a slightly modified (tool loops replaced with plastic hardware loops) SOE 1B in 3-color desert.

My source says it is an SOE.

You been talking to Todd?

Nope, just a guess. At first I though it might be a TT 3-day, but there was too much PALS webbing, there were webbing pull tabs near the outer pocket zipper and the compression straps were in the wrong place. The outer pocket was too short for an Eagle AIII (and it had PALS), and it wasn't even close to a RAID, so I guessed SOE.

You didn't let me finish...I think the Marine is on to something, but even a blind, retarded squirrel finds a nut once in a while.

First you make me eat half your brass at the range, and then I get shit from you here. If I didn't already know it was just rough love, I'd think you really didn't like me!

you're in a queue justalika tha resta us

I concur that its a TAS MAP. We're used to seeing all the external pockets, and I have been told that they went to a modular design rather than a fixed pocket design.

Was going to pick one up for TE, then I saw that the base pack really isnt all that much different from the current bevy of 3day packs. So Misguided MO and I both opted to get Zulus.... and personally I think it was the better route.

Anyone seen the summit technologies rhino packs? they were at the Shot show in the hunting side.... just saw their MSRPs.... and yes virginia there is a company with packs MORE expensive than Kifaru.

Unfortunatly if you want a pals compatible pack that is up to spec with its pals channels you have to go with Kifaru. The QC on the Raids is shit, dont try and put anything like a Paraclete, SDS or BHI pouch on the outside row of a Raid, or on the back of a Sotech vest. If your using Malice clips on the raid your OK, or if you have a couple of buddies to help pull Malice clips thru on a Sotech your might be OK. My Kifaru has one indivdual loop that is out of spec, thats right one INDIVIDUAL loop, not every outside channel.
