Space Force troops have seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion.
C-beams glittering in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate.
Three breasted hookers from Mars...
...with galaxy-wide immigration laws devolving into borderless planetary systems and a common star system currency, all those moments will be like ballots from the 2020 election:
-lost in time, like tears in rain.

Space Force unveils its Guardians Ideal to fine-tune hiring

The Space Force is touting new processes aimed at avoiding bureaucratic bottlenecks

The U.S. Space Force is rolling out a set of new talent management processes it says will help avoid the bureaucratic bottlenecks that so often plague federal agencies, and improve both the hiring and retention of personnel, known in the service as guardians.

Chief of Space Operations Gen. John W. "Jay" Raymond unveiled on Monday the Guardian Ideal, which the newest branch of the U.S. military said is

"the Space Force’s foundational document outlining the service’s boundary-pushing, innovative approach to talent management, from accession to development, and it combines aspirations with actions and milestones."

I fear we will never know the solution for the Kobayashi Maru, because JTK will never be accepted into the fleet academy

If the cadet chooses to attempt a rescue, the simulation is designed to guarantee that the cadet's ship will have absolutely no chance of winning, escaping, negotiating, or surviving.

You haven’t been keeping up with current events.

There are so many cheaters getting commissioned out of our service academies these days that even the rank and file “Red Shirt” would be able to smoke the Kobayshi Maru.

Kirk was clearly from OUR furture - a future where the morally bankrupt are given commendations for original thinking even though they are nothing more than cheaters.
Hell Kirk was a hero for banging all sorts of alien chicks - his staff is rocking diversify and inclusivity better than SOCOM and Kirk did it without a treasonous civilian earning GS pay.
Kirk was the original “woke” senior leader - you jokers just dont want to admit it.

You ask “Would Milley hire James Tiberius Kirk?”
Let me offer this thought - James Tiberius Kirk is the culmination of generations of Milleyesque military leadership.

Life imitates art - always has
Always will

Yup - GO's pick and promote GO that look and think like them. That's why we have a general officer's corps that can't win war(s) anymore.

"Winning wars...?? Come on man... it's all about white rage and diversity these days!!"
