Getting to SFAD early when I have 2 year battalion commitment.

My chain of command is telling me I owe the battalion 2 years before I can leave for selection. Can they do that? How might I get around this?
If there is a better forum for this question please let me know.

You've been around over a year...

You've been around over a year but no intro post.

This post is your first. Although you did do it four times.

So I will assume you've done a bunch of searching and reading.

In all that don't you think your "first" post on this board is a little "demanding"?

Talked to an SF Recruiter?

Four - I cautioned him in one of them.

We'll see what he does next.

Now we only have to look at it twice. And if I don't like the intro post (that I still can't find), we won't be looking at any of it much longer.

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.

Maybe his chain of command realizes that he is incapable of following instructions and doesn't want to waste money sending him to Bragg.
