SF mottos

A friend asked me the other day if we (Special Forces) had sayings that were unique to Special Forces. It made me think, do we have sayings or mottos unique to the SF community? Anyone?

"Hey, Dude, whazzup?"

and

"I don't think we are going to do that...Sir."

Must have a PULHES of 111311 - they were saying, "Deny...deny...deny."

"You don't have to like it...you just have to do it".

"Jesus...Mules don't carry this much shit on their backs".

"You only move as fast as the slowest man".

One of my Team Sergeants favorites...

"GODDAMMIT...Don't tell me how you accomplished the task...just tell me yes or no, it was done".

"It ain't over till the fat lady sings".

Not a motto, but had a license plate once that read:

Special Forces..
Penetrate deeper,
last longer,
and carry a heavier load.
Be Unconventional.
Doit different.

Here's a couple we used on a team.

Smith and Wesson beats four aces.
Nothing is impossable to the man who doesn't have to do it. (The last one applied mostly to SITCA missions. If you've ever planned one you know. Blitz

SF Motto

Greetngs,* have been here in a while.* My first thought are the words on our regimental crest, "De Oppreso Liber,"* Free From Oppression. All the rest is hard core BS. In my opinion of course Walt:

What a$$hole came up with the SF motto? "Kill them all and than let God sort them out"! I seen it on SF ball caps and SF t-shirts......
Personally I think it's disgraceful, that's certainly not what we're all about, but people will see it and believe it is..............
