ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARTY
For the Christmas raffle, please bring a wrapped gift!
Don’t forget to bring plenty of cash to purchase raffle tickets!
We will have some great prizes this year!
1. Situation – SFA Chapter IV/XXIV Annual Christmas Party 08 DEC 2012 at 1800hrs
 Enemy Forces – None
 Friendly Forces – The Brothers and Sisters, the families, and the friends of SFA
Chapter IV/XXIV, 10th and 19th SFG(A) along with the staff of the Colorado Springs
Shriners’ Club (DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO ATTEND)
 Need Volunteers for Setup, Execution, and Clean-up Phases. Please contact Rainer if
you wish to volunteer for this event.
 Weather – It is indoors does not matter how cold or wet it is outside
2. Mission – To Celebrate the holiday season with Chapter membership, families, and
friends.

 Route - Head west on CO 24, turn right onto South 31st St, turn left on West
Colorado Ave, then right onto South 33rd St.

 Raffles, Membership Drawing, and 50/50 (Bring a Door Prize)
 Please bring a new “unwrapped” boys or girls toy for our Annual Toys for Tot
drive for Group
 Quartermaster – Offering many different SFA/SF items – Bring Cash and/or
Checkbook
 Lodging – If required please make your reservations at the Days Inn
