Law of Armed Conflict Detention Hearings

I am interested in learning about these. If there are any good open-source materials I could read, or if we have anyone here willing to chat, please shoot me a PM. Also obviously OK to post in this thread subject to the obvious constraints.

Me too. I'm curious as to whether there is a "probable cause" type hearing to hold them, then a guilt-phase trial, or other.

My very limited study of the Nuremberg trials intimated that the people were simply charged then tried. But, those were usually fairly short detention periods.
