Talked with Gen Stiner before the COVID lock down. He was doing well, but like me, age starts getting to you. We used to sit and share things we had done and places we had been. Will miss him and our talks.

Met General Stiner in 1992 at the AUSA convention. He was there putting on a very excellent show to promote SOCOM.
I had just recently submitted my packet for SF. He was most encouraging about my path forward and wished me great success.
For the short time I spent talking with him, a most likeable General.
