Six word campfire story sonnet complete.
Professional soldiers with words of wit,
Laconically write thoughts that don’t wind;
Stoic, enduring, with bodies so fit,
Never neglecting an also fit mind.
An Internet forum with simple style,
Is playground for clever bantering duels;
Revealing a level of subtle guile,
Creative freedom yet within the rules.
Memories all search deep to recover,
Creating the campfire stories for fun;
Newfound poems a joy to discover,
Circling back to the recognized ONE.
That greatest aphorism, held most dear,
Is epitomized thusly: “HOLD MY BEER.”

Six word campfire horror story sonnet.
Stagflation numbers spread throughout the news,
Hope springing eternal for better days;
Suppressing all of the opposing views,
Media trying to give Brandon praise.
The story shifts to adventures afar,
Blue and yellow everywhere on TV;
Another madman seeking to be Czar,
Nations staggering into world war three.
Again, at home, gasoline prices climb,
“Will anyone save us?” Countless bemoan;
Every person counting every last dime,
Heroes arrived, soon extending a loan.
Apprehending now, the people did yelp,
Government officials: “We’re here to help.”
