Venison Roast

So, deer season has come and gone and I know some of you out there may be holding a nice stash of deer meat. So in the interest of business and my taste buds, does anyone have a venison roast they would care to part with? Or possibly be able to point me to a place where I might buy one?

I have venison in the freezer and I've donated a bunch to military families. I'm not looking to part with what remains. But (thread hijack warning) who has great venison recipes? If enough are posted I might be able to water board Mrs. Divemaster and get her awesome deer burger recipe to post here.

The espresso rubbed venison is amazing. Life changing almost.

Not to hijack, but who knows the best way to cook wild turkey? I sliced up a breast and fried it last year, but I'd like to try something else...
