Rebecca Creek Whiskey

I just returned today from a trip to see my family in the San Antonio area. For those in the area or heading there soon, I HIGHLY recommend this whiskey. It is made in San Antonio by Camp Bullis and is very good. Price is average for a small batch whiskey. The company also produces Enchanted Rock Vodka. This stuff makes me proud to be a Texan. Here is the link:

Enjoy!

Not sure how they have a proper rack house as hot as it is there.

Interesting.

If you had to compare it to something else on the market what would you liken it to?

Much appreciated!

If I had to compare it to anything, it would be a combination of Crown Royal and Jack Daniels. It's smoother than any whiskey you can imagine IMHO. It's very light and slightly sweet at the finish. Mixing this with anything would be a sin.

Our supply guy's wife works for them I think. He brought some the other day and we had a toast and a shot. Not bad. Single Malt Scotch is my drug of choice, but this stuff was definately an enjoyable experience. I would like to go see their place.
