Cruelty-free, free range baked tofu with a nice organic hemp/lingonberry sauce drizzled "liberally" over it.

Aw who am I kidding, we're having a mega dinner of turkey plus a big pile of smoked, slow cooked, pork roast that falls apart when you touch it with the fork.

Anyone have any good slowcook/smoker "recipes"?

My family always puts out a huge spread. The thing I look forward to most is home-made kielbasa made using my Polish great-grandmother's recipe.

Bro, the chances of leftovers at Big Teddy's after Christmas dinner would, in my estimation, be slim.

A nice beef tenderloin, which if I get energetic, might turn into Beef Wellington. Either way, hard to ruin a tenderloin.
