Mexico's most wanted man, drug cartel kingpin Joaquin "Shorty" Guzman, was captured on Saturday with help from U.S. agencies in a major victory for the goverment in a long and bloody war.
So I wonder who helped him escape from prison the first time?
Really, I think he deserves the same fate as his hundreds of victims.
