When someone has poor general health and then subsequently gets severely ill or dies from an opportunistic infection, the infection was the final straw, not the root cause.

In some parts of the world, populations are vulnerable to all sorts of things because of general malnutrition.
Much of the first world suffers from its own form of malnutrition which causes the majority of chronic illness.

The best term for it I’ve heard is “processed food disease”.
Combine that with a sedentary lifestyle and you’ve got a vulnerable population.

Over the course of two years, most people can reverse the majority of health problems which stem from poor diet and a sedentary lifestyle.
But that takes work and discipline…it’s easier just to swallow or inject medications.

A potential long term reduction in the general capabilities of the immune system was mentioned.

Suppose the majority of the fighting age population was given this, and ALL of the military was ordered to take it.
What strategic advantage might that give to a military adversary?

That line is written as though some nonspecific vaccine for some random virus is the only issue where "trust" has been called into question.

It the same vaccine guys. Like “acetaminophen” vs “Tylenol”, one is branded and the other is not, but it’s the same thing. There’s probably some legalisms as to why they are keeping two separate products that are the same thing.

While I don’t support mandatory vaccination of the American public (everyone should be free to make their own health decisions), all the data shows the vaccine is an extremely safe medicine. Stop reading media articles, find a trustworthy doctor, and ask questions. The amount of misinformation out there on this thing is staggering and I find it quite baffling.

You can disagree with how local/state/federal governments have handled the pandemic without throwing the baby out with the bath water. Hard left and hard right sides of the isle are both being manipulated by their respective media outlets. Just like how everyone who had Covid and died of something else was counted as a Covid death, anyone who is vaccinated and gets an ouchie is being reported as happening to a vaccinated person. If 100 navy seals die every day, and you vaccinate all of them, then 100 vaccinated navy seals will still be dying every day. They’re unrelated variables, even if those seals believe otherwise.

All of the data shows it's extremely safe. Many chemicals over the years have been deemed "safe" only to find out years later that was not the case. Agent Orange or how about DDT? Look into the effects of NSAIDs, dig a little deeper to see if it can cause heart problems.

I am very tired of the nationalized fear program to herd people to get the injection. I do agree that if a person wants to ingest drugs, have at it. I don't, just a personal choice.

As far as doctors I trust, I just had surgery and the "doctor" told me to take oxycontin for the pain, I was floored. His reasoning for the drug was that, " not taking it would not help me heal sooner". He believed what he said so he was honest.

There is only 1 reason for taking this injection and that is fear.

I don’t object to pharmaceutical companies developing life-saving medications.
I object to the privatization of profits and socialization of losses.

If the vaccine is now FDA approved, and the doses developed before approval are identical, then legally classify them all as the same thing.
Of course, this means full legal liability for all the batches manufactured before and after approval.

Having skin in the game will go a long way towards engendering trust.
