Heavily armed Muslim Marine arrested trying to enter Offutt Air Force Base in Neb.

Thought this might be of some interest.

Heavily armed Muslim Marine arrested trying to enter Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska, said he’d “shoot up the battalion, starting at the barracks”

(from the article)

"A Hawaii-based Marine was arrested May 31 by Air Force military police at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska, according to Marine officials.

Ali J. Alkazahg, a private first class assigned to 3rd Marine Logistics Group, was caught trying to enter the Air Force base with two semi-automatic rifles, a pistol, a suppressor, a bump stock, body armor and ammunition, the Omaha-World Herald reported."

Nearly the exact same article in the MarineCorpsTimes, under a different author?

Maybe another Nidal Malik Hasan?

Not exactly main stream news. It's nice to know that there were competent security guards on duty.

So, they stopped him at the gate because of that caution but he was able to enlist?

Well, to be fair, he could have argued with his recruiter that he was the victim of bad spin by politically correct LEOs. How many of us could have been described as dangerous and infatuated with guns and violent acts when we were 19? "Infatuated" is such a loaded term, and if my interest in military history and weapons had been characterized as an "infatuation" by some local cop, I might have had some dislike for law enforcement at that age too. Add into the fact that Alkazahg is a minority, and he might have had some reason growing up to view the police negatively.

I'm not defending Alkazahg. I have no idea what the real circumstances are. I'm just noting that I can see a set of circumstances where the Corps might have given him the benefit of the doubt.

My thoughts as well. Another winning result of the progressive socialist agenda damaging the integrity of the armed forces.

...assuming our core values don't stand in the way of meeting recruiting goals....

TERRORISM in GERMANY:

Seems like a person (a right wing terrorist according to German press) shot & killed the people he targeted... Will this trend continue to expand in Europe as a means to show disapproval of liberal governments attempt to push diversity on a society and a culture that DOES NOT WANT radical liberal agenda ?????
