We've had flag officers writing a LOT of letters about LOT of shit for a LOT of years now...

special interest group appreciation month' without seeing some mindless bullshit "tri-signed" letter pretending to motivate the troops and show their appreciation for whatever it is we do?
Why - why why why why why - do people continue to act bewildered at these problems?
